PRO: nice water view, nice sunset view; quick access to Ula beach and quick access to reef (which was great for snorkeling) all without having to get into your car and drive there (advantages of entire complex; not just this unit)CON: noisy since unit next to pool; privacy concerns due to upstairs neighbor sight line directly into lanai and directly over balcony into lanai; can hear explicit conversations of upstairs neighbor when balcony is occupied (which is most of the time); too hot to sit in lanai from 2:00pm till sunset

This is probably the best location in the Elua village because of its proximity to the beach and the pool. The unit has been extensively remodeled and it is beautiful. if I could give it 6 stars for location I would.
Great spot within easy walk to beach. Condo was five star.
