Perfect condo with stunning views and easy access to pool and beach. We absolutely loved it.
Excellent location to pool and beach. Good floor plan with good views, and comfortable living spaces. Comfortable bedding, generous towels. However, an older property showing its age. Needs a deep cleaning and painting.
We had the most wonderful stay at this condo! You could hear the ocean from the lanai with perfect sunset views. The condo was perfect for families or two groups travelling together, as you could close off one area from another. It was very spacious and comfortable. The proximity to the main pool, pavilion and beach access was perfect. The only drawback we could find is that it would be nice if the condo was a bit better equipped for cooking (utensils, better assortment of pans etc) and a soft cooler/cooler on wheels and beach umbrella would be a bonus. Again, a wonderful stay and would definitely return.
Spent 7 days with the family at this amazing unit. Ocean views from all 3 balconies, and you can hear the waves breaking at night. Very responsive communication from Coral Tree and helpful with all accommodations. Can’t wait till we can come back!
We have stayed at various units at Ekahi over the years, it is our go to property on Maui! This condo could be amazing with a few updates… Pros: location, 2 bedrooms with teenagers was a huge benefit, 3 lanai's, views! Cons: carpet in the condo was really awful, I’m guessing it was the culprit of the musty odor. Tile, hardwood or laminate is a must in the tropics. The trim was scratched up all over the unit, a coat of paint would go a long way. The kitchen was packed full of random dish and cookware in every cabinet for about 20 people, but no usual things that you expect from a Vrbo, like foil, beach to go cups, spices, olive oil and only 1 sauté pan!!! The cabinets were falling apart in places and the inside particle board smelled bad. The countertop was upgraded but left the old cabinets. living room furniture was very uncomfortable. No beach size travel cooler, beach to go cups, beach umbrella(we purchased and left one for next guest) Property management: Having to check in at the office in a different location was a pain after traveling. Usually with Vrbo, property managers text/email door code and other info. We’re had to physically go to the office. It was a surprise that there was no beach umbrella, but there were beach chairs. We purchased an umbrella left it there for the next guests, I let them know on checkout staff said we don’t have umbrellas in our rentals. Umbrella, beach size coolers/cups, pickle ball gear would be small things to boost this unit!

Nice Condo in a great Location. A bit dated but has everything you need. Clean and conveniently located walking distance to the beach.
The condo is in a great location, outfitted well and the property managers were excellent. It could use some updating but we had a great time.
Ekahi is my favorite location of all the islands. The mature landscape, pool area with access to magnificent beach is my favorite. I was disappointed in our room rental this time as it was not appointed very well with cooking or beach items and it was in need of remodel. The building location was the only plus.
We really enjoyed the Ekahi property. Beautiful landscaping with a pool right on the beach. Our condo was just okay. Where the condo is located in on the corner of Kiehi road and Okolani Dr. major thorough fair going into Wailea . At night every car that drove by would light up the master bed room . The condo had cheap curtains that wouldn't block any light. The blinds in the rest of the condo were bent and worn. The condo is older but had a nice upgrade in the kitchen, the plumbing was questionable in the bathrooms, toilets running water. The master bath has been updated but the other bedroom the bathroom hadn't been. It is nicely furnished, beds were comfortable and housekeeping were very nice.
