Wailea Ekahi 52B | Resort Level Amenities!

There was a giant centipede in my bed!!! I used the VRBO message app and only got a canned response thanking me for message. The. Called the property management company. They were closed. Eventually got to someone who was not local and said they would make a work orderNothing happened. Then called VRBO and we called management together and management said they were closed and could not come and clean the property but would when they were open. They never followed up. The unit was as advertised it was the lack of management response to issue with GIANT CENTIPEDE IN THE BED that really disappointing.

Really nice place to stay. Easy in easy out

Cost effective but more information at the onset would have been nice. Wasn't given codes to the pool or beach gates. Had to track them down to access really them most important features of the property. Probably would book this place again.

Roadside garden view studio. As expected.

As in my prior notes to the property manager, we left this property after one night. It was a very disappointing place. Poorly maintained, tired and very noisy as being right beside the busy roadway. We will be very reluctant to try VRBO again. Wallking away from the week’s cost was frustrating but we could not manage another night in that environment. . It was disappointing that the ads for this unit did not disclose its state or its location beside the major thoroughfare.

Outdated, falling apart, smelled bad. Knew there might be some road noise but was worse than expected. Only thing louder the air conditioner. This place needs a complete redo! Way overpriced for what it really is. ...not steps to the beach FYI! Way less than advertised. Very disappointed with the unit. The one positive experience was dealing with the property manager when the door code got messed up.

Unit 52B was VERY well-prepared for us. Spk by ph w/ Mgr upon arr'l. VERY helpful throughout our stay. Two minor suggestions: (1) Couch is dur replacement due to fraying and stains (all minor, but I'd replace it if it was in my home), and (2) For shower safety, recommend safety strips on floor of tub and safety/grab bars on shower walls. Price was VERY reasonable for these GREAT accommodations in HI! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We were very happy with our condo as well as the property - pool, beach access, incredible ocean view. Will definitely come back next year! Highly recommend!

Great location,. Condo itself was a bit dark but overall comfortable. Did have issue with tiny ants

Need to update pic no BBQ in Backyard ant problem in kitchen and bathroom mattress soft, worn furniture but has what you need

The landscaping and facilities we amazing at this resort. The unit was clean and quiet.

Stayed in a unit which was located at the top of the property on Wailea Alanui Drive. Dealt with Maui Rental group and they were excellent to deal with. As per other reviews of Wailea Ekahi Village, the units are individually owned and vary in their decor. This particular unit is a large studio and has everything you require for a great vacation. However the unit is dated, a little dark, the carpet is stained and the furniture could use an update. The bathroom is very clean and has been updated. A King sized bed would also make the unit that much better! Ekahi is a beautiful property with 4 wonderful pools, 34 acres of land, incredible landscaping and an amazing beach pavilion with lounge area and full kitchen and barbecues to entertain. The location is an easy 10 minute walk to the shops of Wailea and Island Gourmet Markets for all of your food needs. Wailea is such an incredible area and a stay Ekahi tops it off. Enjoy
