• Papakea K105 will be undergoing a full renovation during the Spring of 2026 with completion estimated by the end of May 2026. Includes all new flooring throughout, new kitchen cabinets and counters, new primary shower, and new vanities.

Canal Repair Project Notice:

Papakea Resort will undergo a canal repair project from December 17, 2025 through mid-September 2026. Work will take place Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Guests may experience significant construction noise during these hours. Equipment and materials will be staged along the canal, resulting in limited parking in some areas.

Holiday work is not expected.

We appreciate your understanding as the resort completes this necessary improvement project.

Notice: Beginning August 10 through September 30, 2026 (subject to change), guests may experience construction noise, heavy equipment activity, and intermittent canal bridge closures due to the resort's Phase 1 Seawall Repair Project. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, generally 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some ocean-side rock restoration occurring as early as 6:00 AM until 7:00 PM depending on tide conditions.
