The Space:
The private balcony overlooks the golf course and has an outdoor dining area for slow breakfasts or dinner after the beach. Inside, comfortable sofas and a large TV shape an inviting living space, while the fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick snack to a favorite family recipe. Central air conditioning, two bedrooms, and two baths keep the home comfortable for four.

The Neighborhood:
Wailea Grand Champions is set along the Wailea Blue Golf Course, close to South Maui's best-known beaches and resort conveniences. Wailea Beach and Ulua Beach are easy outings for sand, clear water, and snorkeling, while the Wailea Beach Path invites a longer coastline walk. Shops at Wailea is nearby for restaurants, coffee, groceries, and boutiques. Kihei's relaxed restaurants and markets are also close enough for variety. This is an easy neighborhood for guests who want beach days and nice dinners without a complicated itinerary.
Getting Around:
Wailea sits on Maui's sunny south side, about 30 minutes from Kahului Airport. A rental car is recommended for exploring the island, though this resort area is quite walkable, with a coastal path connecting several beaches, upscale shopping, and dining within an easy stroll. Groceries are a short drive away. Parking is generally available on site at condos and resorts, keeping arrival simple.

Great Condo! Great Location! communication with Vascasa rental management was not accurate. they tell you there are not any beach chairs etc even though photos show you they do have.
We loved everything about this condo. Extremely clean, had everything you needed for cooking and beach adventures. Really close to public access beaches. A quick drive or a lovely walk if you wanted. Coffee on the lanai for sunrise and sunset dinners were the best.
Nicely updated Condo with great view of the 1st hole green. One of the few updated condos in the complex. A well stocked kitchen with all the amenities. West facing Condo. Easy walk to the Shops, market and the Golf course (Blue) at the Wailea. We had a great time and definitely will be back.
This was the perfect place to stay for our vacation. Can’t wait to come back.

I sent messages several times inquiring about the beds in this property. The listing said one king and two twins. I confirmed with a representative that pictures were incorrect and there were two twin beds that were made into a king. At arrival I found there to be two kinds beds, no twins. One of our party slept on a blow up mattress for two weeks!
Condo is in a great spot to get around Wailea. Was clean and well stocked. Only two issues: 1. Bathroom door squeaked horribly - so any middle of the night bathroom visits woke everyone up 2. Living room couch should be a fold out. We were four ppl - me/my husband, my mom, my son. Clearly my 18 yr old didn’t want to share a bed with grandma…but the couch wasn’t exactly made for a 6’3 guy. Foldout would’ve been much more helpful. Small things, really. Would def stayed here again.
Clean, updated kitchen, bathrooms and furnishings, location was ideal - walk to the beach, sunset views, spacious.
We enjoy the grand champions for its proximity to restaurants and the informal pools. We meet interesting people and always have a relaxing time. Great golf, beach and walking opportunities as well.
Newly remodeled, very comfortable with all you need for a wonderful stay. Top notch. Definitely my favorite condo at Grand Champions!
