This spacious two-story home offers over 2,500 sq. ft. of living area, high-end finishes, three tastefully furnished en-suite bedrooms, two with king beds, one with twins, and the den with a queen sofa bed. The master bedroom steps out to a spacious deck, great for soaking up the Maui sunshine or taking in the ocean views and star-filled night skies. A dual-system central AC makes it easy for everyone to cool down after a fun day in the Maui sunshine. The home has quality finishes with granite countertops, limestone floors, and a spacious foyer with an elegant spiral staircase.
Thankfully, this home was safe in the large protected tropical oasis on the south shore of Puamana, unharmed by the Lahaina Fire. We’re also pleased to report that two grocery store complexes in Lahaina—Safeway and Foodland Farms—as well as Maui's renowned Hula show, the Old Lahaina Luau, and four excellent Lahaina restaurants—Ocean Tavern, Mala, Aloha Mixed Plate, and Star Noodle—were not affected and are all less than a ten-minute drive away. While the Historic Clubhouse and townhomes on the north side of the property are processing permits to rebuild, you will still be able to enjoy the tropical oasis of low-rise homes that Puamana is famous for.
At Puamana, you can enjoy a refreshing pool, a tennis court, pickleball, three surf breaks, beautiful coconut tree-filled tropical green belts, and a golden sand beach. Beach Disclosure: While there is a golden sand beach at Puamana, a winter storm with heavy rains and large waves can occasionally wash away the sand. However, many beautiful beaches are nearby if you find yourself here during this time.

Property was beautiful… lots of kitchen items to make preparing meals easy. Parking was convenient as well. We would definitely stay at this property again.
Unfortunately, our stay was cut short due to Kona Low damage to the unit. The pictures are accurate in its beauty. Would have appreciated meeting the property management personally to review the damage sustained prior to our arrival.

This place was absolutely beautiful! Management was great. This place was exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy our 30th anniversary! Took all our adult children and spouse and had plenty of space and beauty to take in! Amenities need to be updated because there are hair dryers and beach towels in the unit. And when we were there the infinity pool was closed which was a bummer but having the ocean right there was awesome!

Amazing location. Clean and cozy. Great communication during the tsunami warning. We had a hard time figuring out the light switches and fans. Perfect size for the 6 of us!
Everything was above what we expected. Well furnished and kitchen well stocked. Very clean and comfortable. All the beds very comfortable! The ocean and the beach right out the back door. Morning coffee and meals on the porch listening and watching the waves, turtles and surfers. Even covered parking. Management responded well. Would definitely stay here again.

We vacationed with a few of our adult children and we loved it and they did as well. The home was lovely, well stocked and beautifully decorated. We often sat on the Lanai and watched the whales spouting and breaching in the distant ocean. We tried many local restaurants and enjoyed a few of the nearby beaches. It was difficult to see the remains of the devastating fire in Lahaina, but the rebuilding that was going on was encouraging. It was a wonderful family time in a very nice setting.
We came to Maui for a family vacation that included my 80 year old grandma. We were looking for a convenient location that included everything a home would expect. This place checked every box. From the ocean at your back door, to the amenities, to the comfortably beds, to the location to town. We cannot wait to come back and hope to re-book for next summer. We simply had thr best time and truly enjoyed this property.
