*New* Oceanfront North Ka'anapali Retreat, Steps to Sand

Beautiful condo at a great location. We did have an issue with beetles/bugs on the floor inside the condo. We were told this was due to heavy rains in March and that it was an issue throughout the building. The host sent a second cleaning team once. When the beetles came back 2 days later, the host did NOT send the cleaning team again although I preferred that they do so. I must say, if not for this issue, I would have given it 5 stars.

This place was really amazing! The view was incredible! Waking up and going to bed everyday to the sound of the ocean waves was mesmerizing! The only thing I was say needs improving is the kitchen. It’s completely empty, not even pepper or coffee. If you plan to cook you will have to buy EVERY single thing you need. It would be convenient if the kitchen was better stocked with cooking essentials. Otherwise, this place was overall the perfect spot for our vacation!

It was a little difficult to get checked in because the initial communication must have gone to my junk mail. The contact person was very helpful and our stay was great. We reported two issues and received a prompt response, stating they were pleased we let them know and would fix the issues after we checked out. (Slow bathroom sink drain and handle in shower fell off. The home was beautiful, the location great, and the view was absolutely stunning! Thank you, Kevin Anderson

Waking up to the ocean everyday was more than we could ask for. Kitchen needs sharp knives and steak knives. Ice trays since there is not an ice maker.

Kitchen could have been stocked a lil better, over all everything was great!

Absolutely beautiful. The view alone was worth the trip. Waking up each morning to the sound of the ocean and ending the day watching the sunset over the water felt like a dream. The location couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind.The bed was so comfortable!Hawaii is beautiful no matter where you go, but this place made it feel extra special. We can’t wait to come back!

This place is as close as you can get to on the water in Maui. Unbelievable sunsets, and I could literally throw a stone into the ocean from our Lanai. Furnishings were amazing and comfortable.

This was a beautiful condo that really fulfilled all our needs in Maui. The photos are accurate and it has amazing views of the ocean. The location is excellent and walking distance to beaches and restaurants. It's also a short drive from many other great places in the area. The climate control for the condo is excellent with very effective A/C. There are some maintenance related issues that need to be seen to, and we found communication with Vacasa to be challenging when issues arose. I don't think this detracted much from the stay but I suspect some people would find this to be a burden.

This condo was perfect. Clean, comfort and nicely updated. Floor to ceiling windows and nice sized lanai had beautiful views of the ocean for whale watching and sunsets. The property was really great. Clean and quiet with a great swimming pool, hot tub and plenty of lounge chairs. Nice barbecue grills for guests to use. The location was great with a beach walk, plenty of restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed our vacation at this Maui resort. Hope to be back soon.

We had a fantastic time. It had gorgeous views to watch surfers, turtles and sunsets. Walking distance to the food carts and grocery store. Short drive to all other beaches around Maui.

Get your camera ready every night because, unless you go up Haleakala, you won't see better sunsets than from this balcony!

Loved the location and the view. Dirty unit and nightly Roach visits in mass….not so much.

When we walked in the door we were met with the most beautiful breathtaking view of the ocean! The furniture and bed is very nice and comfortable. We watched turtles swimming in the ocean right from the comfort of the living room. The TV's are on the small size and could definitely be larger. There was not enough silverware, bowls, or tall glassware so we had to run the dishwasher each day. It is in a great location and close to food trucks and a grocery store. There is not a beach in front of the property but there is one right next door. Over all this is a very nice place and I would recommend it.

Some pluses and minuses. The condo itself is spacious and very clean and beautiful views of the ocean. Location is absolutely perfect right next-door to Dukes and whalers Village. Negatives, there is very little stocking of anything to use in the kitchen, only salt and pepper. We did find seven cockroaches., that was unnerving. Would still recommend. OK

What a perfect rental. Right on the water, listen to the waves at night and watch the turtles during the day. Next to a beautiful stretch of beach too. We frequented Dukes and the Food Truck park; both very short walks away. Grocery store and surf rentals within walking distance. The condo itself was amazing; very bright and comfortable. In-room laundry and a perfect balcony made our trip even better. It was really hard leaving. Going to book this room again.
