Absolutely amazing time. What a special place and time we had! The location is incredible with amazing views and very close to the very nice beach! Lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. We rented a car but with this location you honestly don’t need one be cheaper to just uber takes you want to explore other parts of the island. Fabulous host with great communication! Like others have said we really appreciated the care and effort to have so many basic necessities in the unit that many other places you have to buy. You won’t be disappointed staying here!

The property is great for family travel! The location is perfect and adjacent to restaurants.

Property was exactly as described. Host provided impeccable service and communication while there were ample sundries available for guest use. Memorable week for a family wedding. Location was within walking distance to most anything you need including the beach across the street. Rooftop barbecue area was a beautiful way to watch the sunset and grill some burgers. Ample parking for one vehicle. Thanks again.

Wonderful condo! The owner was great to work with, very responsive and accommodating. It's in a great location and the views were unbeatable. It was very comfortable for 3 couples and well furnished with many amenities. I would stay here again and highly recommend it!

Perfect location close to beaches & shopping, amazing views of the Pacific from inside & from large double balcony, quiet, spacious, comfortable beds. The owner was easy to communicate with. We want to go back!

Great location and comfortable place to hunker down during the March Kona low weather system. Owners were very responsive as we dealt with weather issues outside their control. Kids enjoyed the bonus sand toys when we had the chance to sneak to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Truly a fantastic location with an ocean view from the balconies and a 2 minute walk to Kamaole Beach 1, as well as an ABC store / gas station 1/2 block away, and many food options within a few blocks. All the beach gear available to use was so convenient and we made good use of the chairs, a body board, and a snorkel set all week. On our last night we went up to the rooftop to watch the sunset and had a great view of a 30 minute show of 3-4 whales (including a baby) very active and playing / splashing!Would definitely recommend especially if you need a 3BR!

Great host and great amenities

This is a fantastic property for families with kids. The layout was perfect, and the view was spectacular. We saw whales while eating breakfast on the lanai one of our days there! The beach directly across the street was great for kids, and the little coffee shop and bakery right across the side street were great, too!

We loved this condo! The proximity to the beach was perfect, and all the little touches provided inside made our stay really comfortable. We had a small issue during our visit, but Connie responded quickly and worked hard to get it resolved. Overall, a great stay and we’d happily come back.

Brilliant - the apartment has everything you need! It would be nice if the owner provided the TV with prime or Netflix as part of the package, and info sheet on how to work the TV.

The location was even better than I imagined with a nice view from the balcony. The property is very clean and the use of beach chairs and umbrellas was a huge plus. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

The condo is beautiful & the view amazing. After a couple of days in tourist busy Waikiki Beach we were glad for a slower paced beach town. The condo has all the basic needs from beach equipment to kitchen appliances. Very family friendly. The only minor issue we found was it was hard to keep the front bedrooms cool, the AC unit did fine in master bedroom and main living areas, but didn’t quite reach the front bedrooms. But it also maybe a function of the time of year, probably better in cooler months. I would still totally recommend this location for a wonderful stay. So much better than a hotel!

Bring your suitcase and stop for a few groceries and your set! Connie has everything else you need. She is an incredible host. The location is perfect, beautiful views of the ocean, a beautiful beach a 1/2 a block away. The beach is perfect for all ages to enjoy. Turtles swam through close to the beach almost everyday. Lots of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. This was a perfect location for our family to enjoy the beautiful island of Maui.

The condo has a gorgeous view and is a perfect location across from the beach. We spent a lot of time on the double lanai!

There were 6 of us on this trip and we found this condo to be a perfect fit for us. Three bedrooms and plenty of space for us all. The unit was nicely furnished with all we needed and all of my inquiries with the owner were very possitive. Would stay here again

The BEST location. Sunsets are breathtaking and this location is so central to all your needs. All of the extra amenities of this condo are certainly a huge perk. The owner is very easy to work with and we would certainly come back. Great for families and plenty of room for 6 adults. We really enjoyed this side of the island.

We spent a week here and this condo was perfect for our family. Easy walk to the beach and great access to the rest of the island. We’ll stay here next time we’re in Maui for sure!

Awesome views at all times of the day combined with how close this was to the beach made for a fantastic holiday.

The condo was perfect for our multi generational group. The unit itself was fantastic. Very spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities that we needed. Only a small AC unit for the whole unit, but we found that putting down the balcony shades during the day and opening the large patio doors and windows at night created comfortable conditions. Having the beach gear was a great bonus and we loved the pool area. The location can’t be beat for access to an awesome beach right across the street and several others a short car ride away. Good restaurants within a 5 minute walk as well as convenience stores, beach equipment rentals (check out Auntie Snorkel nearby for wagon rentals to carry your gear to the beach!) and lots of other shops. Honestly I don’t think we could’ve found a better location on the South Shore for the what this place has to offer. Would definitely love to come back!

Great location and amenities. Spacious for 4 adults. Great ocean view and only 1 block from the beach.

The view is amazing. Even better than imagined. Loved sitting on the balcony and looking out to the water. Would have been nice to have binoculars, so make sure to bring them during whale season. It was wonderful to have a clean beach right across the road that took only minutes to walk to. The condo was a bit smaller than expected but fine for 5 people. Kitchen is kind of tight but workable. Kitchen was well equipped with everything imaginable. The bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo and conditioner too which was a nice surprise. The beds were not uncomfortable, the air conditioning and fans were much needed, and the beach chairs were a fantastic addition. There were other beach items too but we didn't use them but would be nice especially if you bring kids. The area is right off a main road so was a little on the noisy side during the day, but wasn’t bad at night. It is a very central location so easy to walk to shops and restaurants or drive all over the island with ease. The parking spaces are very tight, so rent a smaller car. The BBQ/shared space was a great place to relax and socialize with others in the building. The property was clean and felt very safe.

We spent 5 nights in this place on Maui. It had a great location, communication from the owner was excellent, and the accommodations were great. Kitchen was particularly well equipped with everything from an Instant Pot to a crockpot.

Everything was nice and clean . Spacious for family of 6 . The best view and nice balcony to hang out and chill .

Our Family of 5 greatly enjoyed this house. Great bedrooms, balconies over looking the ocean, plenty of beach toys to use (chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, flippers, sand toys, boogie boards), kitchen fully stocked with pots/pans/utensils/cups/plates/etc, located so close to the beach, shops & restaurants. We enjoyed time at the beach in the morning, cooking at the house, swimming in the pool at night, and relaxing with a coffee on the balcony watching the sunset. This really felt like a home away from home.

We had a great stay in Maui, thanks to Connie and team. The condo is just as described and the view is just amazing! The beach is walking distance and both balconies are ~icing on the cake. The sunsets we could see from there were very beautiful! All amenities in the condo including the beach accessories really helped us enjoy our vacation. We would love to stay again.

Our family including 2 toddlers really enjoyed our stay. Connie's place is perfectly situated in front of Kamaole Beach #1 in Kihei with a nice pool. The place has everything you need including beach equipment. We had a nice time. Thank you.

It was great to have the beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and snorkel gear. Everything was clean and well stocked and ready for our vacation. Many sunsets were watched from the deck. Our family of 5 stayed in this awesome 3BR condo located on the 5th floor. Location was super convenient to local shops and directly across the street from Kam 1 beach. Connie was responsive and made this a very smooth process. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was amazing. Would recommend to anyone.

The property was extremely well stocked and maintained. We had everything we needed to make the beach experience top notch. The location was prime with several restaurants within a short walk. The only negative was the air conditioning. The single wall unit was loud and did not service the bedrooms. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms did help at night.

The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our adventures. Fans in every room, coolers, beach chairs, boards and snorkel gear were available to use. Great views of the beach and west Maui from the lanai as it’s on the 5th floor. Rooftop bbq was used for one of our sunset dinners, and the view was even better up there. We had a great time.

A great suite at a great location!

We loved this condo so much! Perfectly located right in front of a great beach and shops. Tons of eating options around and perfect location to explore the entire island. The view was as goos as it gets and we saw humback whales from the balcony. The host was wonderful. Our flight back home was late at night and since the timing worked Connie let us check-in late which made our return so much easier.

We stayed here for 10 days with our two young children and my in-laws and it was wonderful. The condo is very well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and everything else. There is a lot of snorkeling gear and other beach gear in a storage unit that was great for our beach days. The pool was wonderful and usually not terribly busy. The sunsets were incredible and we even saw whales from the balcony. The beds were very comfortable. Overall we had an excellent vacation.

Our second time at this condo, we've already booked for next year. Connie is super responsive and helpful and always goes above and beyond to compensate for any small glitches that come up. Unit is perfect for our family of 5, could easily fit a few more people.
