Walk straight onto Keawakapu Beach for an early swim, then come back to a two-bedroom, two-bath Mana Kai Maui Resort condo that sleeps up to six. This is a beach-first stay with air conditioning, a kitchen, private lanai, high-speed WiFi, and a shared pool and fitness center when the group wants a change of pace. Snorkel when conditions allow, use the two gas grills for dinner, and take advantage of the on-site laundry after a day in the sand. South Kihei and Wailea are close when you want restaurants, shops, or another beach, but Keawakapu's long shoreline is right here. It suits a family or friends who want real beach access and enough space to settle in for more than a weekend.
The Space:
The two-bedroom, two-bath layout gives up to six guests a comfortable place to regroup between beach hours. A well-equipped kitchen and private lanai make breakfast and post-swim snacks easy, while an in-room safe, desk, cable TV, and high-speed WiFi cover the practical side of the trip. Air conditioning adds a welcome cool place to return to after time in the sun.
Guest Access:
Guests at Mana Kai Maui Resort enjoy access to the oceanfront communal pool, hot tub, and fitness center, right on one of South Kihei's finest beaches. An elevator and disabled parking spot make getting around easy, and the beachfront setting puts the sand just outside. Some resort facilities are operated independently by the resort.
The Neighborhood:
Mana Kai Maui Resort sits at the Keawakapu Beach edge between South Kihei and Wailea. That location is more shoreline-centered than town-centered: take a long walk on the sand, swim or snorkel when conditions are right, then decide later whether to drive out. South Kihei brings casual dining, coffee, shops, and beach parks, while Wailea offers another set of beaches and dining nearby. The shared pool and fitness center add options for a no-car afternoon, which is especially helpful for families staying near the water.
Getting Around:
Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.

This condo is delightful. We loved being so close to the water, and we would happily stay here again.
Wonderful location! You can see turtles from the deck. You cannot get a better view!
We enjoyed being so close to the beach and spend time with our family that traveled there to meet us. The outdoor bbq area was super nice. The beach chairs on the grass was perfect for us. The view was incredible. The condo was nice, it only had 2 forks which made a family of six to wash a lot of dishes (we bought disposable forks and chopsticks)
One outdoor chair was wobbly. Dining table a little off. Needs more larger coffee cups and water glasses But overall we had a great vacation.
Our family has stayed in various units on this property..they have all been wonderful and this was as well. The beach is great, pool is good, general store has great sandwiches and we found excellent ice cream sandwiches. The views from the lanai were amazing!
This was our second rental on our first trip to Maui. Great location to shops, beach, restaurants. Was awesome to have grass to lie on as an alternative to sand. We had four people in our party and room size was perfect. More of a hotel room feel, but we weren't there much because of the great location!
This is a beautiful condo, with an incredible view. With some TLC in the unit, it could be spectacular! We enjoyed our 2 weeks very much. Mahalo.
Really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, right on a beautiful beach and the view from the lanai is spectacular. Perfect size for our family of 4.
We love Mana Kai! It’s the best location in Kihei. This unit provided a great view of everything. We literally sat on the lanai for hours watching the ocean and all that it offered. We saw turtles from our lanai. Great vacation!
Best location in Maui & the suite has the right amenities for a fun & comfortable vacation for all the family.
At the risk of not having it available the next time I want to book, this is a very nice location and property. Thats all I want to say:)
