The property was in a good location- just a short walk from the Kam 3 beach. You could get a little view of the ocean from the lanai. Furnishing were dated by generally OK. The place was clean and had adequate kitchen facilities. The check in and check out process was easy. The only real negative I have was the bath off the bedroom had a control which was very difficult to turn on or off. It took all my strength to push in and pull out the water control and my wife was unable to do it.
