About this property
Welcome to Papakea! Located on the ocean between the Kaanapali and Kapalua world-class golf resorts and minutes from shops, restaurants, and galleries. Papakea is a 13 acre oceanfront resort with the true aloha feeling of Maui.
Our oceanfront unit is F406, a fourth floor 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom condo and is ready for guests! For a memorable Maui experience in a top class condo it has beautiful travertine-like flooring, granite counters, warm cherry cabinetry and is nicely decorated!
Our fourth floor penthouse condo has a cathedral ceiling in the main living area and bedrooms with an unobstructed front and center view of the ocean from the private lanai. The unit has a split zone air conditioning system and also has ceiling fans in bedrooms and loft. The unit has free wireless internet for your convenience. Sip a cocktail on the lanai and enjoy the beautiful views of the gardens, ocean and sunsets. Parking is free for the first vehicle and both elevator and stairs are located close-by.
The living area has ample seating along with a dining table, as well as a Smart TV, with cable. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, eating and cooking utensils, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and other small appliances. The unit also has its own washer and dryer.
All linens including beach towels are provided. You'll also find boogie boards, pool, and beach equipment. The kitchen is stocked with basic spices, so you don't have to start from scratch. Toilet paper, paper towels, detergent etc. are part of our standard stock.
There are two private pools, two Jacuzzis, direct beachfront access, cabana, three lighted tennis courts, two shuffleboard courts, two 18-hole putting greens, Koi ponds, lush gardens, and 12 outdoor barbecues. The resort also has an Activity Desk. For the sports enthusiast, the golf courses of Kapalua and Kaanapali are nearby, as well as great snorkeling and boogie-boarding. Or take your time walking the miles of soft sand beaches.
PARKING IS FREE FOR THE FIRST CAR, $5 PER DAY EACH ADDITIONAL. (Both are payable to the resort once checked in.)

A beautiful condo that had everything you needed. Close to stores and restaurants. Beautiful sunsets ever night.
Property was exactly (or better) than advertised! Lanai overlooks the ocean and made for the perfect home base for our vacation!
Excellent location and condo was great. Amole supplies and lots of towels.
The location is phenomenal- walk to food trucks, restaurants, grocery and bars/ restaurants. Great views for whale watching in season. Important to me- comfy beds and great showers. Super clean in condo and on grounds.
If you like the sound of waves then this is the place for you. Awesome views from the balcony. Great place with lot's of space and a loft for the kids.
We spent two weeks in this 3br/3ba unit- what an amazing view! We had a tiny glitch at check-in where they gave us key cards instead of the door code but it was quickly remedied with a quick walk down to the lobby who called property management and got the code. Condo was well stocked with all the basics in the kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of beach towels and a couple beach chairs and coolers were provided. Beds and bedding were comfortable. There were a few negatives - but little if any impact on our stay- more personal preferences- the place is a little dark. If you do your makeup in the master bath you really need to bring a makeup mirror along. It’s a little outdated, but that’s a style comment versus a maintenance comment! The only two real cons are thar toilet upstairs runs loudly for several minutes after use and is heard throughout the unit, and the clothes washer is very loud during use. Everything else was thumbs up and we had a great stay!
