The master bedroom, located on the first floor, features a California king-size bed. The ensuite bathroom offers a walk-in shower and vanity storage space. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV. A short walk down the hall leads you to the guest bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower. Head upstairs to the loft-style third bedroom which boasts a queen bed and two twin beds. The fully equipped kitchen has updated appliances for a better experience. Travel with ease due to the in-unit washer/dryer.

*** Notice of Property Plumbing Project:
- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. Work in this unit will begin November 5th, 2025, with an estimated completion projected on or around December 11th, 2025.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
- We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***

- Construction will tentatively start November 2025 and expected to continue for approximately eight months.
- Work will begin on the ocean-facing side.
- The concrete will generate noise interruption and work hours are tentatively scheduled for weekdays and during standard working hours.

It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
