Papakea C203 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom 2nd-floor condo with a window air conditioner that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Step inside the bedroom, where you will find a comfortable California king-size bed and a TV. The well-appointed kitchen is the perfect place to cook your meals. The main living area offers a flat-screen TV, comfortable furniture including a couch that converts to a queen-size bed, and an indoor dining table, or enjoy dining al fresco on the lanai. Garden and partial ocean views can be enjoyed from your lanai and stunning Maui sunsets. The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower with a half tub, and ample counter space. The window air conditioner is located in the living room to help keep the main area cool with ceiling fans in each room. Pack light and take advantage of the unit's washer and dryer for added convenience.
Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.
No Resort or Amenity Fees!
Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

Papakea Resort is completing property improvement projects. Guests should expect construction noise during daytime working hours. Dates and work areas are subject to change due to weather, tides, or field conditions. Please contact our office for complete details on the following resort improvement projects.
- Walkway Coating Project. Dates August–November 2026. Scope of work: Remove existing traffic coating, concrete repair and resurface preparation (including grinding), application of multi-coat traffic coasting system (each layer requires extended drying time). Work hours are 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. During demolition, preparation, and repair work, walkways and the elevator will remain open to foot traffic. Occupants should expect construction noise and dust particularly during the grinding activities. During the walkway coating and drying time, AOAO staff will be stationed on the lanai side of the building to assist with screened access to occupied condos as the entry door will not be accessible. Work progression: Work will begin at the A building and work in building letter progression. Work on the C Bldg is slated for 8/21-9/11/2026. Update as of 9/9/26: The traffic coating application for building C has been delayed. The new dates are Monday, September 14th through Friday, September 18th for the entire ground floor walkway.
- Phase I Seawall Repair Project. Dates August 10-September 2026. Scope of work: Replace rocks along the ocean side of the seawall and backfill the sinkholes that have developed adjacent to the seawall. General Construction work hours 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. Ocean-Side Rock Restoration 6am to 7pm Mon-Fri depending on daily tide conditions. Work progression: Work will begin at the Lanai ocean side stairs area. Work will then progress from North to South, which is subject to change. Rock stacking will begin where ocean and beach conditions allow.

The unit was very clean and well-stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was also very quiet - couldn't hear anyone around us. The resort has tons of great amenities. We loved our stay and will be back!
Had another great visit and will definitely be back in the future. The owner has thought of everything. I appreciate all of the beach stuff that is available and so many extras in the kitchen. We arrived to a wonderful welcome basket, Hawaiian music playing, and a very clean unit. This time I signed up for the Lei making class and participated in the swimmercize class they offer at Papakea a couple times a week. Had a wonderful time.
Beautiful condo! Perfect location to explore what the western side of maui has to offer. Kitchen is beyond well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Host has thought out very carefully to provide whatever you might need. Beach towels and noodles provided. The grounds are gorgeous and quiet. Perfect place to relax by pool or take a swim or yoga class. Will definitely stay again. My first choice

Condo has been updated beautifully and has amenities you can't pack in your suitcase (beach chairs, umbrella…). Location was awesome, views were great, grounds were clean and beautiful, great pool with BBQs. Will be back for sure!
Booked through My Perfect Stays. This beautiful condo has been recently updated and has so many amenities included for a fabulous stay. The owner has thought of everything! Enjoyed most of our meals on the deck and loved the gorgeous views. The location is fantastic and the resort has a couple very nice pool areas with BBQs and hot tubs. We will definitely be back!!
This was the perfect Maui condo stay for us. It was exceptionally clean and had all of the amenities we were looking for. Had all the kitchen supplies, washer/dryer worked well, and bed very comfortable. The view was good too, were able to look out to the ocean for whales this time of year. Grounds all well kept up, spectacular sunsets by the water, and nice pool and hot tub. Liked that property was connected to the beach front walking path all the way through Kaanapali, quick access to the resort restaurants.
Perfect place to stay! Close to everything we wanted &/or needed. Would love to stay in this particular unit again!
