Jillian’s condo comes exactly as advertised! It has everything you could want for your stay; from beach gear, to a well appointed kitchen with utensils and even spices -something not very often provided. This 2nd floor unit is spacious, very clean, and offers beautiful views of the ocean and spectacular sunsets. The pool area was quiet when we were there with lots of lounge chairs, and a more shady area with tables and chairs if you want to bring your lunch. There was even a library of books to peruse. Keawakapu Beach is a short walk away and other amenities like restaurants and shops are not far by car.Jillian was quick to respond to any messages.We can’t wait to come back again!

The host was absolutely great to deal with and the home was even bigger than it appears in the photos. Perfect location and a wonderful community. Would go back forsure!

The master bedroom suite was huge! You can sun yourselves in the Lanai and skip the pool if you just want a tan. Overall nice, beautiful condo with parking right by the unit. Please DO NOT BRING in the sand from your beach outings and ruin it for the next renters. - J & L

The condo was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. We very much appreciated the beach chairs, kitchen seasonings, shaved ice machine & beach towels. Echo other reviews : location is 10/10, and sunset views from the balcony are amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at Jillian’s property. The condo is exceptionally well equipped with so many thoughtful and useful items. It is clearly a well loved vacation home and we would stay there again if returning to Maui. The condo has convenient parking and is hidden away in a quiet part of the Palms complex with no through traffic. As an added bonus we also had a great view of the 4th July fireworks from the lanai. The Palms complex is well maintained.The pool has no umbrellas (or shade of any form) and a strict no noise policy/pool games policy at any time. Suitable for those without children/teens but was a bit sedate and too much sun exposure for our family. However the closest beach (parking lot at end of S Kihei Rd) is only a short drive or walk and was lovely. Jillian provided an umbrella and beach chairs which were appreciated.

Really nice place, had everything we need, great location, easy access to beach, near some nice restaurants, and we were totally surprised by having all the beach chairs and boogie boards, etc....Wonderful place for a vacation.

Everything about our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The condo was beautifully decorated with every amenity we could hope for. There are lots of windows that allowed us to enjoy the beautiful views and also the cool breezes that were always gently blowing. It was very quiet and all of the neighbors we encountered were so nice and friendly. The location is fantastic. Every morning we walked down to the trail for a walk along the quiet and gorgeous beach. I can't recommend this wonderful condo enough! Jillian is the perfect host and was always there to answer any questions we had, and provided outstanding recommendations for us. The true spirit of aloha! We look forward to staying here again!

Fully equipped perfect base for exploring the island. Kids loved having snorkels and body boards we enjoyed the beach chairs…..would go back in a heartbeat.

The condo met our complete needs. The location was perfect, wonderful layout, bright and clean. The consideration that our host, Jillian, provided was incredible. From the pantry items with the starter items (spices, oils, etc) to personal items such as shampoo, sunscreen, even rubbing alcohol and peroxide water. And lest we forget the complete accessories for the beach, including snorkeling equipment. Truly impressed. Thank you Jillian! We will definitely return.

We were staying in a condo in Kihei that we had booked that left us feeling dirty after the first night of staying there. Even though we had booked that place for 4 nights, we miraculously saw this condo was available for the last two nights of our time on Maui, and what a blessing it was to me and my wife! This place is STUNNING. The condo itself immediately makes you feel at home. All the reviews are accurate: it's inviting, warm, homey, and spacious! It was a true gift to me and my wife as we spent our last two nights here celebrating her 40th birthday :) Awesome for families as well and can sleep up to 6 for sure. Great location for convenience to stores, shops, beaches, both in Wailea and Kihei. Had everything you'd need and Jillian is a wonderful host. Would encourage any and everyone to book here!

The property was meticulously remodeled and we had a great stay. Nice functional screen and patio doors in good condition, loved the blackout curtains, loved the giant box of pool/ocean toys and equipment! AC mini splits and fans worked like a dream. The only thing that didn’t work well was the shower handle in the guest bath- probably needs replacing. We also had a few dying cockroaches in the unit throughout the week which we’ve never had before but may be a problem throughout the area?Regardless, this unit was great and comfortable and well appointed. Particularly loved the blackout curtains in all the room for our littles. We would stay again!

We have stayed in the area several times and this was by far our favourite condo. Roomy, modern, clean and very well equipped, both in terms of beach needs and condo needs. The condo has a fantastic deck that catches morning sun and most of the sunset. The property is beautiful and easy going, working for a variety of ages. It's close to amenities and the bustle of the hotel strip and Kihei when you want that, but quiet when you don't. There are lots of beaches minutes away. We hope to be back soon!

Property is extremely nice with lots of green space and an excellent pool. The home is very tidy and super well-appointed; had absolutely everything we needed including a treasure trove of beach toys that our family loved. Really enjoyed our stay and will miss dinners out on the lanai. Thank you!

My family of four had a great stay in this condo. The Palms is a beautiful property, very well maintained. We felt very relaxed in the condo - it was cool and comfortable. We loved eating meals on the lanai and watching the sunset. My kids could have spent all day every day in the pool. We would love to come back!

Unit was clean and easy check in. Everything we needed was supplied.Disappointed Maui no longer allows grills on the lanai. One packet of coffee would have been nice since we checked in late and didn’t pickup any supplies that night.Overall a great place and would recommend to my friends and family.

Great unit renovated well equipped

Perfect break for a family of four in this super clean condo in a beautiful, quiet location. We usually like to stay in hotels but we all agreed that this unit was so much better than a hotel. We loved the spaciousness of the unit, the proximity of the parking space, the ability to do laundry, and the large balcony with an amazing view of the sunset! We can't wait to return.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay! The condo was spacious and beautiful, the rooms were quiet and private, and the giant sliding door to the lanai was amazing. The view was lovely, and the pool was gorgeous and quiet (in October), and just a short walk away. We walked down to the beach many days, and the streets were wide and pleasant with giant trees. We definitely appreciated the box of beach gear as well, and used the body boards, snorkel gear, and chairs. It was great to not have to go rent these items. I'd definitely stay there again!

Couldn’t have been better. Comfortable space, quiet with beautiful grounds and the sounds of the waves and the creek just off the lanai. Had all the beach gear we and our kids needed. Felt well removed from the more touristy stretches of Kehei, but only a few-minute drive to any of the great beaches or shops. We’d absolutely stay again.

This place is exactly like the pictures. Very clean, open space with nice little view of the ocean from the balcony. The property was quiet and well maintained. Had no issues during our stay and check in was a breeze. Nice to stay in a place that doesn’t have a checkout list a mile long!

When we have visited Maui in the past, we have always stayed in West Maui and really wanted to spend more time in Wailea. This condo was the perfect spot for just that. It's very close to great beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The property itself was excellent. The recently remodeled unit had a calm, modern feel. It was pretty hot when we were there so having AC throughout was very helpful. The unit has everything that you would need: fully equipped kitchen (including a shave ice maker!), plenty of towels, and beach gear. The enormous lanai was great for having a meal or just relaxing. The pool on the property was very nice, nothing fancy but great for a cool dip after we spent the day hiking. We had no issues during our stay except for Hurricane Hone that passed to the south during our stay. We had a day and a half of rain, but the unit has board games, smart TVs for streaming, and fast WiFi so we were able to pass the time. Jillian was super responsive via text and let us know where the emergency kit was, just in case. We will definitely be staying in Wailea when we return to Maui and hope to stay here again if it's available.

We loved our stay in Maui and we could not have found a better place. We definitely hope to return and will recommend it to everyone we know. The apt is beautiful and had absolutely everything we needed. It was incredibly well stocked and organized. A lot of care went into setting up. The location and grounds are beautiful too, we went by the fancy hotels and thought we had made a much better pick. We will definitely come back

Pictures are 100% accurate. Great location close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Pool is convenient with plenty of chairs. Unit comes with everything you need for an awesome vacation. Would rebook this unit without hesitation.

This was a great place for our family trip to Maui. Location was great with nearby beaches like Makena and Wailea. Close to Kihei food truck oasis and shops and restaurants like Monkeypod. Near arterial road to get to other places on the island. We were able to travel throughout the entire island from this location easily. Target/Costco is about 20 minutes away in Kahului. The unit was great and beautifully remodeled. Palms at Wailea is a great location for your family vacation to Maui. Jillian was a great host and communicated effectively and quickly throughout the process. We had no issues with the unit. Star gazing from the lanai was awesome. This condo has everything you need including beach gear/goggles/towels/chairs. The communal pool area is very nice and we would find ourselves here often as well. I will definitely be looking for this unit next time we visit. If you book here you won't regret it.

I’m so glad I chose Wailea. So different from the West side of the island. Ulua beach ( only minutes away) is great for snorkeling by the reefs ( seen turtles every day), Wailea beach is clean, beautiful, and never too crowded. nice walk by the shore . Property was very clean, spacious. Loved the idea of opening the windows in the kitchen so you can sit on the bar stools at the patio enjoying your breakfast. Great view. Highly recommend. Our host Jillian was terrific and had the quickest response to any question I had.

The condo itself is great quality. The location being so close to the beach and stores is also a bonus.

I absolutely love arriving at a VRBO property to find that it is better than described in the online listing. This is a wonderful property and sure to please anyone booking the condominium. While not beach front, it has a really nice view of the ocean from the patio and within 10 minutes walk you are on the beach. Hop in your car and you can be at ten different beaches in 10 minutes. We liked being at the more private location of the Wailea Palms yet so close to the beaches, restaurants and shops. The host responds immediately as well. As a final note, definitely go to the Maui Flatbread Company in Paia and go explore Makawao! Have fun!

We were so looking forward to a quiet, much needed break! Unfortunately the construction started before the allowable time and kept going. No advance warning or we would have stayed elsewhere. We had asked in advance about noise. There were people walking on the roof and banging on the walls, electric saw going. Otherwise, Jillian’s condo is lovely and was spacious. Plenty of room for 4 people. Beware of the bird droppings all over the lanai. We hosed it down, but they returned! Unfortunately we lost a day of our vacation finding somewhere else to stay, and packing up to move to another condo without construction!

Our family of four (two teenage boys) had such an incredible stay. The layout of the unit is terrific and the decor is beautiful. There is absolutely everything you could need during your stay and the owners have done a great job of stocking the kitchen and planning for every type of family to stay there. We loved morning coffees on the lanai and watching the sunset over the ocean as we made our dinner in the evening. The property is very well maintained with a terrific pool and deck. It was quiet, but there were still lots of families around so it had a great energy. And the location is ideal. Very close to a beautiful beach with great waves for boogie boarding or just relaxing to watch the sunset. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be coming back.

The hot tub and pool area was beautifully maintained and a close walk. Jillian was super responsive with any questions! I would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

The location is supremo! Walking distance to The Shops at Wailea, Island Gourmet Market (grocery store) & dining options…. The condo was updated & very clean! As advertised! The only issue we had was dirty cutting boards found put away in the kitchen cupboard. The provided beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc was so appreciated. Would absolutely return! Mahalo!
