PM 424 Beautiful BeachFront 2BD w Ocean Views

The stay was amazing, the only complaint I have is the beach access was blocked off. I would recommend this to anyone!!

Absolutely loved our stay at Paki Maui! From the beautiful views on the lanai to seeing sea turtles from our room. Everything was very clean. The man in the shop/ check in offfice was very friendly and helpful! I would 10/10 recommend staying here again. Alot of great shops and restraunts literally across the street, also plenty of surf shops to rent snorkeling gear from and take back to the condo and snorkel in the backyard. With having papi ohanas a block away from our condo with the best cinnamon rolls! And an ABC store with breakfast made right in front of you and with great souvenirs definitely made our stay enjoyable!

Pool and outdoor furniture outdated and dirty. Condo not updated with amenities that were useful. Beach chairs provided were all broken in some way. Bedding was clean and comfortable

This was our second time here and it was lovely. Great view, easy parking, great location. Thank you again!

Beast place weather not so

It was a very beautiful condo, was clean, had all what we needed with an incredible view of the ocean. We even snorkled out back, and we saw a lot of fish. We walked to the food trucks, and the shopping centers that were close by. Everyone staying here was nice, and some residents do live here permanently. I would definitely be booking this place that I fell in love with. Check in was very easy with putting the info for the parking using the Qcode and putting info in. There are elevators, and luggage carts to take your stuff upstairs. Thank you for your generosity for letting us stay in your vacation home.

Great property, amazing lanai, close to everything

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Maui. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The location was fantastic—close to several beautiful beaches and within walking or short driving distance to grocery stores, a bakery, and great coffee shops.The property itself was very clean and well maintained, with a lovely ocean view. The pool, grill, and outdoor sitting area were a great bonus and really added to our experience. Overall, this was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and we would happily recommend it to others visiting Maui.

This property is absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect! The check in & check out process was smooth and no issues. The only thing that would greatly improve this property would be A/C. After being outside & at the ocean most of the day you definitely want to go back to a place that’s cool & it is not at all cool even with fans. So keep that in mind!

Lovely, clean condo with great ocean view. No A/C, but at the end of April it wasn’t needed and got to listen to the surf at night.

We enjoyed the condo, we were closed to everything. The condo will not deceive you.

Overall, the Paki Maui was a wonderful place to stay. We experienced problems with the parking setup and it took almost 2 hours to get that worked out. There's also strong wording in laying out the rules of staying there. Some of that could be toned down. We will consider staying here again and recommend it to others.

The online information was very accurate. I wish the online listing had clarified that only 1 parking spot is allowed as we had 2 adult couples and be required to look for street parking for the second car was stressful and if we had known would have made different choices. The only other complaint was the fan in the master bedroom having a bearing or something going out which was annoying for sleep. Beautiful views.

Loved the beach access, loved the sound of the waves all night and the reflection of the moon on the water. Will definitely stay here again if given the chance!

This was my second time staying at Paki Maui and it is heaven on earth. It was very clean, much larger than expected, and nice and cool with plenty of fans.

The condo was delightful, and well stocked with amenities for the trip. There is a beautiful few of the ocean from the balconies. We had a small ant problem in the kitchen, but maintenance was responsive to help us with the issue. A nice place to stay.

We loved how close we were to everything. Walking distance of shops and food. 10 minute drive to great boogie boarding beach DT Flemming. 10 minutes to great snorkeling spot at Black Rock. It does not have air conditioning so it does get a little hot but the fans help a lot.

This place was well maintained and very clean. The property was in a great location. We could walk to many things and very short distance to black rock beach. It was the perfect location and size for four adults.

Waking up to the sounds of the ocean and looking out at the sunrise every morning was amazing. Beautiful condo had everything we needed for our vacation. Great park and beach just around the corner as well as a coffee shop and several places to eat within walking distance. Would definitely love to stay here again!

The views out of both decks were breathtaking. 4th floor location was great as it maximized our view. The kitchen was well stocked and met all of our needs. The place was very clean and recently renovated. The overhead fans kept us cool. Extra box fans in the closets helped us as well. Plenty of parking. On site amenities were also well cared for and easy to use. Property is adjacent to a public beach for easy access. Enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time! The place was clean, and there was so much to do nearby. Snorkeling, beaches, shops, coffee, it was fabulous. The unit smelled like fish when we got there and there were some tiny bugs in the kitchen from time to time.

The complex and area had that neighborhood feel to it. We stayed for a month and each day it felt like we were returning to home rather than an impersonal hotel room.
