Room was just as advertised, super clean, great patio, everything needed. Entire process was straightforward and a pleasure. Highly recommended!
Our stay was nothing short of perfect for our family. The place was clean and comfortable and quiet. When we first arrived the resort was short staffed and took 45 minutes to check us in. However, we got a credit for the restaurants and extra pool towels. We were first checked in to a villa that had a very obstructed view of the ocean (parking lot and construction) and when I asked we were moved to another villa with a great view of the pool and a bit of the ocean. We did a Costco run and the resort provided plastic bins to help us carry everything. Hua was so wonderful in communicating with us, the resort was perfect for our family. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. We would definitely come back. Aloha!
