We ended up double booking. You need to make sure this doesn’t happen to other people.
Building itself looks pretty old/ beat up. Target shopping carts are their luggage carts. No lobby or really any common area. Location is awesome!! The lagoon and grassy area makes it all worth it. Unit is just okay. Windows/frames rattle with the wind. Shoved qtips in them to “fix” it. Balcony any could use updating. Beds small and noisy.
This place did not disappoint! Our family of three had an amazing time. Great central location, near by restaurants and bars where awesome and the views. No words.
Description of the property was misleading. The laundry facilities are shared and paid. There weren’t any knives. But the location was good
Very clean condo! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. The location of this place is excellent! We enjoyed snorkeling and swimming! The view from this condo is excellent!!!!!
Great location near Carlsmith park, views of the ocean were amazing. The condo was well appointed and a great home base for lots of day trips.

The condo has the most amazing view of the Carlsmith beach park beautiful trees and lagoon as well as Manta Kea in the background. There is also a beautiful fresh water pond across the street. There is a gate you will have a key to that goes to the lagoon, where we saw about 5 large sea turtles per day. Bring water shoes. The pool was warm and always empty. The inside of the condo isn’t air conditioned but there were many fans and there were great windows for a good breeze. If you can turn the fans off at night you can hear waves and crickets. It’s like a real sound machine. The upstairs is roped off for o net storage but plenty of room
I stayed 6 nights in the penthouse. Such incredible views, the lanai & pool were my fave places to enjoy on property. Swimming with turtles at Carlsmith & Richardson were highlights. The condo was well equipped with extras, such as shampoo, sunscreen, condiments & spices. I never lacked for anything. The communication with Damir was excellent and he was incredibly responsive to my texts.For the price, this stay is beyond expectations! If renters plan to explore this side of the island, Hamakua Coast, Botantical gadens, waterfalls, Kilauea and the Aloha spirit, an excellent rental.
High above Hilo, the views were amazing.The property was extremely functional as a base camp and the views are amazing.Love the No Smoking Property requirement.Host was Super responsive.We would stay here again.

The location of this property is absolutely perfect. The distance to the beach was incredible. However, I would not go as far as saying it could sleep 6. The futon and couch were covered with a sheet and the fabric under them were disgusting, as well as the futon itself is broken and won’t even pull out into a bed. While the kitchen and flooring and bedrooms were updated the size looked much larger in the photos. While we there in the summer, the house itself was extremely hot and only has one fan. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking items for everything you might need. If it weren’t for the great location I would have reviewed this property for lower stars, especially for the price.
