True oceanfront L204 w/180° amazing views now thru 2025 at low rates from 225.

Stayed a few times, most beautiful front ocean view and walking distance to Duke's!

There was construction going on I our building the entire stay. The last few days the work had moved closet, to the unit right next door. Loud jack hammer noise from 9am until 4:30pm. We were told by the front desk that the owner had been notified of the work, but he did not mention it to us or put anything in the listing (it’s apparently a 2 year project at the resort). We asked for 50% refund for the worst 3 days (out of 10) and the owner balked saying he didn’t have funds to reimburse us (???? As if!) I felt the owner should have given us an option to cancel or give a discount for the inconvenience. We paid more than normal for waterfront (and it’s above the average rate for that property) we would have cancelled and booked another condo in another building- the resort was not full, could have done that

Our stay at the condo was wonderful - beautiful location to the beach, pools, tennis courts, the food trucks, restaurants and whale watching from the balcony was out of this world. Any issues we had the host took care of within a couple of days.

Loved the condo, location, great amenities, and perfect condo layout. Will return again.

We enjoyed starting and ending our days on the oceanfront balcony. We enjoyed using the hot tub after our daily excursions. The complex is well maintained and the gardens were beautiful. The clientele is quiet, friendly, and respectful.

The condo was nice and clean. The view amazing. Great shops and restaurants nearby. Only issue we had was the A/C was a window unit that didn’t work very well. It blew air, but not cool air. The condo was warmer than we would have liked.

A/C does not work, the dryer vents directly into the hallway - making it even hotter inside the apartment. It was so hot & humid that it was difficult to sleep. The washing machine kept shutting off. A few of the window cranks are broken. The hideabed mattress cover is stained. 2 of the snorkels were old/broken valves & the small, canvas ice chest was ripped with broken/rusted zippers. The location is great, but the appliances and advertised gear needs repair & replacement.

we were in L204 and our daughters family in another condo at Papakea. This has been our family tradition over the past 40 years and Papakea has never disappointed.We love the grounds, the peaceful atmosphere, and the quiet location, within easy reach of beaches and shopping, with all necessities available locally.L204 has been tastefully and pracyically remodelled and our stay was very comfortable. The outlook is stunning

Papakea L208 was paradise for us; our condo overlooked the ocean and was an amazing retreat.

Watch whales from your lanai. Excellent location and resort. Unit had roach infestation which was not resolved during our two week stay. Air conditioner vent and bathroom vent need cleaning. Washer needed multiple restarts to work properly. Dryer lint screen came apart when cleaned. Very meager supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) We have stayed in this unit multiple times and this is the first time with these issues. Owner responsive but these issues do need to be resolved.

The property is fantastic. Gorgeous views of the ocean and Molokai. Property is very clean.

Ocean front wonderful property. I would highly recommend this unit. Location is just minutes to everything.
