This ocean front Condo L204 is one of a select few condos available on Maui featuring direct panoramic ocean and neighbor island views, and very close to gorgeous north Kaanapali beach. The beach stretches out for three miles making for a beautiful walk, a snorkeling adventure, or a swim in the warm Maui ocean. Along the walk you'll see other gorgeous condos and amazing restaurants. Our condo has been completely renovated with a deluxe fully equipped kitchen, complete with solid granite counter top and Stainless Steel appliances, ready for you to prepare and serve your favorite meals. We've added a memory making honeymoon walk-in shower for two in natural Travertine stone with duel shower heads, one large rain head plus an adjustable wall mount head. There are two tropical ceiling paddle fans and A/C. For your comfort. For entertainment we have two large 55" Flat Screen Smart HDTV's with DVD & Blu Ray. Artwork adorns the walls and great sunsets are featured daily. As owners, we visit our non smoking condo often to keep it in top condition as an A+ unit. We have a new Perfect Sleeper king size bed plus a queen sofa sleeper w/6' mattress and super pad for extra comfort for your guests. There is also the convenience of the in-room W/D. Parking is just steps away and a grocery store is right across the road.

While enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner from your own private balcony you'll watch with pure amazement as whales, dolphins and turtles play or simply let your eyes wonder up and down the beach or out across the ocean to the neighbor islands of Molokai and Lanai.. When day turns to night your rest will be accompanied by the gentle sound of the ocean surf. You'll find excellent swimming and snorkeling beaches nearby. Numerous Sea turtles reside just 100 yards off shore. Our shore line is also a favorite spot for surfers, long board, short board, wind surfing, stand up paddle boards and kite surfing, they all love it.

Additionally our L building is not only the newest at Papakea, but also the only one that offers full unobstructed views of both of the nearby islands of Molokai and Lanai. Be aware that some owners imply they are ocean front or just a few steps to the water but honestly may only have a narrow between other buildings partial ocean view. Only the A,F & L buildings are true ocean front and only the L building has an ever changing beach, which is why we are frequently booked. Our second floor location provides a better view plus added privacy and security, which is far superior to ground floor units. Your privacy will not be interrupted with daily maid service, which is provided upon checkout. You'll unfortunately find that there is limited availability of our condo. This is due to our many returning guests. It is thus important to make reservations early. Please be aware that Papakea Resort charges a resort amenity fee to all guests $25 per night.The fee is payable at the front desk upon check out.

Cancellations: Deposits are fully refundable, if cancellation is made 60 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival date, will not be refunded. Any cancellation or changes must be requested in writing.
