Kahekili offers open sand, Black Rock combines swimming and snorkeling with Ka'anapali activity, and Kapalua is a beautiful cove to the north. Back at the complex, a shared pool and grills keep the final hours of the day easy. This is West Maui for families who prefer a shoreline-first home base.

Getting Around:

Kahului Airport is Maui's main airport. A rental car is recommended for exploring West Maui's beaches, dining, shops, and coastal sights. Plan on driving for most outings and allow extra time for traffic along the coast.
