Welcome to our oceanfront home in beautiful West Maui, where the Pacific is practically at your doorstep. Enjoy spectacular sunsets and watch for turtles from two private lanais—including one directly off the primary bedroom.
This spacious, air-conditioned 2BR/2BA condo sleeps up to six and offers 1,117 square feet of comfortable living space. It’s an inviting home base for families, couples traveling together, friends, and anyone looking to relax and reconnect by the ocean.
WAKE UP TO MAUI
The building sits less than 20 feet from the shoreline, giving you a front-row seat to sweeping ocean views, spectacular sunsets, Hawaiian green sea turtles and seasonal humpback whales.
Start the morning with coffee on the lanai, spend the day exploring Maui, and return home to watch the sun sink into the Pacific. A small beach sits beside the property, while Kahekili Beach, Napili Bay, Kapalua Bay and other popular West Maui beaches are a short drive away.

The two-level layout provides separation between the main gathering areas downstairs and both bedrooms upstairs.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
- The condo is on the second level and requires climbing one exterior flight of stairs. There is no elevator.
- Both bedrooms are upstairs inside the condo and are reached by a carpeted staircase.
- The property sits directly beside the ocean, so the sound of waves is part of the experience.
- The adjacent beach is small, and its size and ocean conditions vary with tides, weather and season.
- The swimming pool and property grounds are shared with other condominium guests and residents.
- One dedicated parking space is included. Additional visitor or street parking is subject to availability.
- The condo is set back from the road, providing a peaceful setting with minimal street noise.

Oceanfront,2 lanai’s , plenty of room for 5 or more people, very clean , private beach is less than a 5 minute walk , unit has everything you need ! Daily sea turtles, very quiet and relaxing
Beach front views were amazing - whales and turtles every day. Apartment set up was a little different to description but still worked well. Would stay again.
This is an excellent family property with all the facilities and comfort you need. Excellent air conditioning, two private balconies, comfortable beds and your own private beach down the way. We had a phenomenal time and the property managers were easy to deal with and timely in their helpful responses.
The property was exactly as described and shown in pictures. We loved staying at Lokelani 202 and found the unit perfect for our needs.
Excellent location with two Lanai's and it's own little mini-beach. Pros: Location, Lanai's, furnishings, community gas grill, mini-beach on property Cons: Given incorrect check-in procedures, had to troubleshoot and fix internet, fans, and some A/C misinterpretations, tiny bathrooms. The pool is mostly 6 feet and deeper, so you'll need supervision for children.
The unit is located in a good spot, close to many beaches and restaurants. The condo is a little dated. The best part of this unit was two balconies with great views. If you prefer a quiet vacation away from crowded areas , this condo is great. Its very low key but does provide all the necessary comforts for a relaxing vacation.
Absolutely amazing location! Plenty of street parking nearby for the second car, though I do wish it would state 1 parking spot in the listing. The only thing I would say is that all the doors (bathrooms and bedrooms) are not privacy doors. They have slanted slits in the top half of the doors so as far as privacy goes that is lacking.
We have stayed at this complex many times! This unit was just as advertised. The ocean right outside door is amazing, watching turtles swim past and the sunsets are amazing! Usually snorkeling is great here right in front of the condo but there has been an unusual North and South Swell that is causing larger than usual waves and very poor visibility. Excellent for surfers though! We also tried Papi's Ohana, a new bakery and pizzeria in Kaanapali, walking distance if you wanted to. Pizza is good - fresh risen dough, friendly staff and the bakery in the morning...You have to get the cinnamon rolls - so good! They have fresh scones and other yummy breakfast treats too. We'll be back!
Had a great experience at this property. Very clean, quiet, and accessible. Great communication from the host and would be happy to return.
We have stayed in several locations and buildings around Maui and I have to say, this one tops the list. We didn't want for anything. The unit is well cared for, the beds comfortable, it was really clean, the views amazing, and we snorkeled outside every single day. We rented 2 units on this trip and this (B-202) was far superior to the other one. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be extra bedding and maybe some board games-but truly-only a suggestion. This was such an amazing space to have our family trip. We will rent this unit again-without hesitation.
