Welcome to Papakea F-108, a direct-oceanfront one-bedroom, one-bath Maui condo with approximately 700 square feet of interior living space and accommodations for up to four guests. This ground-floor residence places the Pacific Ocean directly beyond the furnished walkout lanai and narrow tropical lawn. Dual-zone split air conditioning provides quiet, independently controlled cooling and elevates F-108 above many comparable Papakea condos with limited or single-room AC.
The private lanai is the centerpiece of the experience. Enjoy morning coffee within sight and sound of the ocean, step directly onto the lawn, or settle in for an unobstructed West Maui sunset. During whale season, the lanai and living area provide a front-row vantage point for watching humpback whales traveling through the channel. The ground-floor location creates an immediate connection to the ocean without elevators, stairs, or long walks through the resort.
Inside, the open living area keeps the direct ocean view at the center of the condo. Comfortable seating includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests, while a Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi provide entertainment and connectivity. The new dual-zone split AC system allows guests to cool the condo more effectively while retaining the option of opening the lanai doors to the ocean breeze.
The private bedroom features a king-size bed and its own cooling zone for comfortable nights after days in the Maui sun. The living-room sleeper sofa expands the condo’s maximum occupancy to four, making F-108 suitable for couples and small families. A full bathroom and in-unit washer and dryer add the practical conveniences needed for beach vacations and extended stays.
The updated kitchen features bamboo cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and the cookware and dining essentials needed for meals at home. Complimentary beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a small cooler are also provided. With its direct-oceanfront position, ground-floor walkout access, king bed, dual-zone split AC, and extensive Papakea Resort amenities, F-108 offers a combination that is difficult to match within the property.

Great condo. Oceanfront.
Beautiful clean room with the sea wall just steps away! Papakea is lovely with a quiet, peaceful vibe. Yet it’s just a short walk away from the beach and action. Perfect!
Mr. Kirby was very engaging and informative. The unit was clean, very well located to shops and restaurants. Unit provided all the essential items needed for our stay. Highly recommend.

Great little spot overlooking the ocean. The unit has everything you need. Owner was very nice and responsive. Loved being able to watch the sunsets right on the patio!
Of all the condos at Papakea resort, THIS is the one you want! It is a ground floor condo that faces the ocean. There is no sand but there is a 25’ wide strip of beautiful lawn between you and the ocean. The vast ocean view is absolutely unobstructed. There is an infinity edge black rock wall from the edge of the lawn that drops down to the ocean, preventing erosion. We had a very high tide one day and the waves crashing against the wall sprayed about 10’ feet up in the air. It was magical. A lovely beach with a big shade tree is about a one minute walk over a quaint, bridge walkway. The condo itself was very comfortable with everything one could possibly want. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the kitchen was the most fully stocked I’ve seen and the couch was very comfy as well. Excellent wi-fi, big TV, quiet ceiling fans in the living room, kitchen and bedroom. We propped the front door open as we’d seen others do, to take advantage of the cool island breezes that came through from the front to the back of the condo and we never turned on the AC. We did not want to leave and we WILL be back!
Perfect for waking up and walking out the back slider to the beach. We cooked most of our meals at the condo and a great location to explore the island. We had a wonderful time
Papakea is a great location. There are so many things within convenient walking distance. The view from the F building is wonderful.
A wonderful stay!! Actual ON THE WATER location cannot be beat. Sunsets every night, followed by a short walk to the food truck court, grocery or shave ice. Kitchen is well stocked as well. Papakea Resort is a well tended property, and the beach walk on Kaanapali starts just south of your door.

We enjoyed this unit at Papakea very much. So gorgeous to watch the water and sunsets. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking.
The property was everything as advertised. The view was spectacular. The unit was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were great. Communication with owner was outstanding. Look forward to staying here again.

This unit is right on the water and we sat and watched the whales all day. Papakea is a nice little resort. The people are friendly, the pool and hot tub are clean and a nice alternative when the ocean water is too rough. My husband enjoyed the little putting green and used the putter than was available in the unit.
