The condo was very nice, grounds were kept clean & maintained. Views are amazing and snorkeling with turtles was awesome and easily in walking distance. Careful of the tide, there is no rope or anything to help you get out of the water and the rocks are slippery. Many signs posted telling you to be careful.
Our unit at Napili Point was perfect. It had everything we needed - loved the extras like beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. It was a great location to walk to Napili Beach and Kapalua bay. KBM was very responsive with any issues that came up. Would highly recommend booking with them again.

We stayed 4 nights and everything went smoothly. Great location , we usually stay in Kapalua but actually prefer Napili. The condo was perfect for 2 , well equipped . We did not cook but everything you need for cooking is there . Best bonus was beach chairs and umbrella / cooler . We really didn’t use the a/c coming from SanDiego we prefer non conditioned air. Ceiling fans kept the unit very comfortable . Sunsets were lovely ! Great spot .
Beautiful view. AC in bedroom and living area worked great, which is important to us. Well stocked with most everything one would need in Maui. That being said, we would rent it again. KBM was excellent to work with and we would not hesitate to rent from them again.
Overall we loved our time on Maui, as always (we’ve been here 20+ times and we are based on the east coast). I love napili bay, so this is a prime location to stay. The views are gorgeous and make this place wonderful. The welcome note and gifts they left for us was also super thoughtful! (We love the socks!). There is a great high boy table to eat which is critical for capturing the views over the bushes while you eat! This table was great. The AC units worked well. Overall, we would be back for sure!
