NP C21 Updated OceanFront 2BD Condo w AC Ocean Views from Lanai and Living Room

This property was perfect for a family of 5. I thought the other reviews that mentioned being able to see sea turtles from your balcony in Honokeana Bay was maybe an exaggeration. It wasn't. We saw multiple sea turtles popping up pretty much every time we were on our balcony. There is a rocky path to get to Napili Beach along the water, but just walking the half-block along the street to the public entrance was much easier. One morning snorkeling along the rocks in Honokeana Bay opposite our balcony, I swam past more sea turtles than I could count. It's an easy drive to all the other West Maui beaches, restaurants, and sights. Besides Napili, Fleming Beach was our favorite. The unit itself is very nice, and we never felt crowded in it. The washer/dryer in the unit was very nice to have.

Loved location to Cove where you could easily go Snorkeling and see lots of Turtles and sea life. Quiet location, two nice pools.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very nice and being able to look out on the cove from the lanai was incredible. We snorkeled almost every day to get a close up view of all the turtles living just outside our unit. Highly recommend if looking for a place in the Napali area.

Condo is spacious enough to house 4 adults and 2 kids. The view is THE BEST though the furnishings and beds need replacing.

What we liked: it was very clean, nice bathrooms, dreamy comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and a lovely view of the cove . It was great to do extra laundry, as we washed a lot of towels because of the rain. The resort itself was family friendly, and the property management was very responsive, communicated in a timely manner and in detail. The bummer is we weren’t there 3 of our 6 days because of the Kona storm. It was sad not to get to enjoy the turtles, but everyone we talked to said normally the cove is very beautiful and some of the best snorkeling on the island! Can’t change the clouds or the rain, but it did not bring out the best of the unit. When it stopped raining, we couldn’t sit outside because the rugs never dried and the furniture stayed wet. Indoors, the rain brought out a funky mildewy smell that was an overpowering at times, and the furniture was very uncomfortable. It was frustrating to not be able to sit and relax when we couldn’t go outside. While this is a very family friendly place it is not as easy a walk to the sand beach as implied in the description. It would be challenging with babies or toddlers. Older kids would love climbing the rocks to get there though! Seniors not so much. We made the most of our trip finding things to do outside in the rain. Whale watching with Makai Adventures was A! Serenity spa was a treat, and the food truck dining was fun. Leoda’s pies are a must!

Wonderful, quiet location! The view is what makes this spot special. We walked every day to the sandy beaches at Napili or Kapalua Cove. Condo is in good condition; has everything you need. AC was great on sunny days. Host communicated well and we were very happy with our stay. Will come again!

Property was clean and comfortable. The ocean out front is EPIC for snorkeling! So Many turtles!!We also saw eagle rays, several eels, lots of fish and beautiful coral. I would stay again

Unbelievable view! Clean and roomy for a family of four as long as only one person in the kitchen at a time.

Best condo and location! We loved the proximity to two of our favorite beaches. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Air conditioning worked great and you can’t beat watching sea turtles while having your morning coffee on the balcony. Also easy walk to Kapalua beach.

This condo was perfect. That view is absolutely stunning. We loved watching the turtles and rainbows. Swimming with the turtles right outside the back door was the highlight of our stay. Our teenaged kids loved the bay, which was a short walk. The condo was perfect for us. The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The resturant next door, 5231? ...might be different numbers, was delicious and our server was the nicest person. This condo is in a great location and came with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much for opening your home to us. We loved it!

Location, location, location. The view of the ocean is absolutely stunning. The property is well maintained and in a quiet area on the islands. I love Napili and Kapalua area for hiking, rock, jumping and lovely restaurants.The only negative I would say about the property is the pools are basic and could use more landscaping and shade, however the views of the ocean are stunning.

Location is great, you can snorkel anytime of the day. Furniture a little dated but comfortable. It does have AC, wonderful.

We have stayed at Napili Point several times, but never this unit. It is by far the best!!! The accommodation's are clean, well appointed and beautiful design. The location is quiet and the view is stunning. We hope to come back!

Our stay at Nāpili was great. The location is perfect with everything you could want to do in ocean within walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was perfect! We saw a bunch of turtles in the cove backing up to the condo. Nightly sunsets were amazing! Mahalo!!

My friends and I have stayed in C21 at Napili Point several times, and this unit is always a treat. The view from the lanai, and from the upstairs bedroom, is amazing. I love to sit on the lanai and watch the sea turtles! The unit has everything you need for a relaxing stay at Napili Point!

We loved our stay in this condo! The view from the lanai was great. The condo was fully stocked with enough toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, and dishwashing detergent to last us for the entire stay. That was awesome. There is plenty of parking. The walk to the beach is manageable and there were plenty of beach, chairs and towels. If you are a family of four, this is a great option for you. I would definitely stay here again. For those considering this property, it does get full afternoon sun, so the afternoon is warm, but the air conditioning worked well inside if you wanted it. Also, the king size bed is in the back of the unit (nice rooom!) and the two twin size beds are upstairs in the loft area. If the adults using the king size bed get up early, there are very few places to go, other than the lanai, until the people upstairs in the loft wake up.My comment for the property manager is that it might be time to replace the patio furniture.. And it took us a couple days to figure out how to work the electric sunshade (nice feature!) on the porch. Maybe I just missed the instructions in the three ring binder. Thanks for a great stay!

Great condo! We loved the location. Clean and fit our needs perfectly!

When we arrived at night the unit, we could not get in. The access key lock was broken. Had no clue who to contact after no response from the owner or vacation folks. We finally spotted another couple in the parking lot, and they had no idea what to tell us. After an hour, someone else showed and told us to walk to the entrance and there is a small sign with a number to call the security guard. Guard arrived and could not gain access - no spare key was provided by owner. Guard called the manager. We waited and waited. After two hours, they broke the key lock and gave us a key. The owner never called us back. Upon entering, we realized the kitchen had several roaches. This continued all during our stay. We were told by management to use Raid. Found two empty Raid containers in pantry. The master bedroom overlooks the ugly parking lot. Had to keep shades shut the entire time due to people walking by and pole light shining into room at night. Folks this was more than $500 per night for this place. The coffee maker needs replacing. Very dirty. The silverware has rusts stains. For $500 plus per night, you would think they could pay for pest service and provide a nice coffee maker with rust-free silverware. Good luck people.

Perfect place for a family of 4 to stay. Napili Point is a nice complex in a great location - check-in and parking was super easy. The view was incredible - we saw multiple turtles from the lanai every day. A/C was super nice and the beds were very comfortable - note we did not use the pull out couch so we can't speak to that. Laundry in unit was a huge plus and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beach chairs and boogie boards were also a plus. I'm giving this 5 stars - my only small complaint was that the unit next door was being renovated during most of our stay so there was a lot of drilling/hammering/loud noise etc. but we were gone during the day most days so it wasn't too bad. I love the proximity to Napili Market (very quick drive) and Napili Bay (walking distance)! Very easy check-out as well - no major chores. Highly recommended!

Great condo. Super nice to have boogie boards, chairs and a cooler at the condo. The view is incredible. Must snorkel in the cove, we saw 20+ turtles.

Wonderful location and view. Easy grocery shopping and convenient restaurants. Not too easy to get to a beach with any parking available. Unit was well equipped and quiet. Wished there was an more adjustable arrival and departure time window rather than exact time you had to arrive and depart.
