This studio was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave the bed! The couch was not slept on as it was just two of us but it was also very comfortable for reading. The owners had everything setup to make sense. The shower was good sized. Ventilation was great, ceiling fans did the trick with the vented windows.It had a great view of the ocean from the lanai. We saw whales from there! A very quick walk to the beautiful Napili Bay beach from the unit and it had the outdoor shower/wash station at the gate to use. One day on the beach we saw over 80 whale breaches-not kidding. We were so amazed. Huge kudos to the owners who helped walk us through getting to their unit when we were lost. Not their fault at all, I was skipping over the directions which we later realized were exactly what we should have followed. Communications with the owner to get us there and ensure we were inside before they let us off the phone was such an enormous relief! They restate! Parking was great. We would recommend this unit.

Amazing location in Napili Bay with easy beach access. Condo/complex was quiet and there is a great outside grilling and dining space that we utilized. On-site laundry was also really useful.

Sunsets and rainbows right from our own back lanai.Then walk out the back gate to the beach for a snorkel or a swim, or take a hike along the Kapalua Trail. Couldn’t have asked for any thing more.

Cozy, ground level, and about 50 steps from Napili beach! The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Full kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, it's all there. There's a great outdoor area with grills, picnic tables, and small game area. Laundry facilty on site.

Great location and a smooth check-in process. The only downside was cleanliness — given the cleaning fee, we expected a bit more attention to detail. For the price, a little extra care would have been appreciated, though we understand that might be typical for Hawaii. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were lucky to have such wonderful neighbors.

The property was clean and in a quiet complex. Literally steps away from Napili Beach, where we watched the sunrise on the shore. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of beach towels and chairs.

Truly amazing we love this place

Great location for family beach vacation. We rented two units next to eachother and this property was our favorite. The kitchen is well equipped and expanded the entertainment area with the end counter facing it where food can be served. There is an amazing view of the ocean from the patio with comfortable seating for dining. You can enter through the back by the lovely lawn and leave all sandy gear outside. The snorkeling is wonderful at Napili, it's a short walk to the turtle bay and short drive to the best on Maui at Honolua.

That's the simple place where you had basics we needed for peaceful stay to feel the spread of the Aloha.

No AC in a 90 degree tropical location. Stayed one night and moved up the road. Tiny room with no place to eat or chill out. Public beach with lots of traffic.

At first it seemed small. Very nice inside and the accommodations were everything we needed as a home away from home while enjoying Maui's west coast.

We enjoyed this location much for its privacy and proximity to the beach.

It was beautiful, we really enjoyed our time. We really appreciated having a kitchen so we could maximize our time relaxing at each!

Perfect size for 2 kids and myself if you're the type who doesn't spend too much time indoors (which if you're considering this place, you really should be at the beach which is about a 30 second walk). The beach is very convenient. Napili bay has gentle waves, snorkeling (we saw a school of fish as well as a trigger fish just within minutes of snorkeling) and not too many people. There is a private entrance to the beach from the condo complex, as well as a convenient shower to rinse off. There were plenty of parking spaces, which was really nice. We were able to cook simple meals the whole time we were there, which saved a lot of . There is no air conditioning but there are two ceiling fans and a standing fan, and being by the beach you get a nice breeze with the windows over the bed and shutters that open on the front and back door.This was also a very quiet neighborhood - no loud partygoers, and even the large group of European travelers who spent every night eating in the common area were very considerate of the quite hours.Laundry was very convenient - literally 10 steps across from the front door. Bring quarters (Napili Market can give you 3 worth of quarters with each transaction) because there's no change machine.The only thing I wished was different was that the door locks are key only on both inside and out, so you have to be quite careful not to lock yourself out and you also have to have a key to unlock yourself from the inside.All in all, 5 stars.

Dan is super helpful, understanding and polite in his very timely communications. Easy parking and closeness to shopping: The property is cute and right on the ocean. Wonderful experience overall and 5 stars tor the while stay.

This location is perfect for enjoying the beach out front without having to pack up everyday for a day at the beach. The unit provided all we needed to relax, make meals, and sleep peacefully.

Location was great. We had a great time in Napili. There is no AC but the wood shutters open to allow the wind through so it stays nice and cool inside.

Excellent host - accommodating, responsive. Good location with nice view of beach from lanai. Overall could use some updates and a deep clean.

Best location on maui

My husband and I came here to celebrate a late honeymoon/birthday trip. Nāpili was our favorite beach, and this place is steps from the beautiful beach. You can hear the ocean at night and the birds during the day. Close enough to shops, but in a quiet area. Hopefully we’ll be back!

Great spot for a vacation on the beach.

We were very happy with the unit staying over Christmas. Perfect for 2 and still good traveling with a kid. Kitchen is fully loaded in case you don’t find a table at the Sea House.

Perfect for a couple but challenging for four travellers with luggage. Made the most out of it. Nice surf and close to bay of turtles next door. Close to Napili resort.

This is the second time I have stayed at this Vrbo and both times have been excellent for me and my wife. The condo is Steps from the beach and is located away from most of the other tourist. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Best of all easy check in and out and parking is close and free. Would highly recommend if you want something away from the beaten path.

Convenient (about a 5-minute walk to the beach thru a locked gate). Great lanai with a partial ocean view; great place for coffee! Has most amenities (beach lounge chairs and beach towels, cooler, etc.), but could use more staples for meal prep and convenience (soy, mayo, catsup, coffee filters, etc.). Wonderful spot for a quick getaway! The owners were very responsive.

Excellent condo right on Napili beach. What a wonderful location. So much fun we did not want to leave. Condo was comfortable and perfect for our family, mahalo!

The location and lodging was perfect

Nice, compact studio with everything you need! You’re about 50 steps from the beach and chairs, noodles & boogie board provided. The snorkeling is great and there are a lot of turtles and different kinds of fish to see. The birds outside your patio are noisy but only at 6 am and 6 pm and they don’t squawk for too long. We’d recommend this place!

Our family of two adults and two children stayed 7 nights in this condo. The beds were comfortable and the location is just a short walk to Nāpili bay. They provide 4 chairs, a boogie board( no leash) small cooler,2 float noodles and towels for the beach. The Nāpili market is very close to get groceries but the store is a bit expensive. The kitchen is adequate for preparing food, but lacks spices for cooking. The condo has a small table and two chairs for dinning at. We were comfortable during our stay, but do realize that their is no air conditioning. The condo provides a floor fan and two ceiling fans. No ac did not bother us too much because we visited in October. Overall the condo is wonderful and very quiet. We listened to the waves as we fell asleep every night. I would recommend staying at this place for proximity to an absolutely stunning bay on Maui.

This was our second time staying and we will definitely be back! Beach is essentially right out side your door. Beach necessitates provided in unit. Nice grilling area with plenty of seating. We had a wonderful time!

It was very clean and close to the beach. You could hear the waves from the condo. We enjoyed using the lanai out back. The porch led right into the grass where you could watch the waves while eating breakfast. All of the snorkel sites were either a short walk or drive. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We requested a last minute stay at this property and the host, Dan, was very helpful! He made sure the unit was cleaned for an early checkin and even offered a later checkout! The location of this complex is so convenient. Steps to the beach, restaurants and beautiful walks. We really enjoyed our time. Our boys, aged 12 & 13, loved playing in the water and being “ free” to roam on their own because of this location. A great few days in Napili!

We came for our 5th anniversary and enjoyed the quiet there and having such easy access to a beach that wasn't too overly crowded. Loved the familial and low key vibe of the space and the great recommendations from the hosts. Thanks for helping to make our 5th even more memorable!

Breakfast on the lanai each morning and a beautiful sunset each evening only steps away! This unit is a perfect place to enjoy Napili beach and all the other things around. The unit is well kept and has everything you need. I found a electric kettle to heat water for my aeropress coffee in the morning. I had a totally enjoyable time and will be coming back!

just a little dirty floor because of some bugs or just bugs because the way the windows and doors are structured, but besides that awesome place and it was clean (minus the tiny few bugs).

The location was the best for the price we paid! It’s not beachfront, more like ocean view. But it’s literally a few steps to beach access gate which had a nice little shower to rinse off. Prime location to 2 amazing restaurants.

Enjoyable one week stay at this small complex right on Napili Bay, and we would definitely choose this unit again if returning. Easy few steps back and forth to beach, made it very convenient to enjoy the beach throughout the day. Restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance. You have an ocean view from the lanai and can hear the waves from the unit. I actually liked not having a beachfront unit, as this felt more quiet and private and shaded (given no a/c, which was not an issue in February). The furniture is more updated than the photos show at this time, and the bed and couch were very comfortable. Bathroom/kitchen are not super updated but has what you need and the nightly rate matches this. One note is we had a lot of little ants in the kitchen and bathroom despite being very careful not to leave out any food, but it didn't impact our stay much, just a nuisance. Overall this is a super fun location and would not hesitate to stay again!

This condo was well equipped and in a great location. The host was helpful and responsive, and we had a very comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our time at this cute little place on the beautiful Na'pili Bay. Since I had to work while I was there, I took my computer onto the lanai and had a sweet view of the waves breaking between the other condos and the lush greenery that borders the property. The shared barbeques and the patio area were nice to use on the evenings we cooked instead of eating out. In trying to keep the cost of our vacay down, this amenity was useful. The bed was comfortable, but since the walls/ceiling are relatively thin, we heard the people above us during the night making it challenging to sleep. We found it strange that the rules for the condo made it clear that the walls are thin, so we needed to be quiet from 10pm-8am, and then the people above us were LOUD all night. Maybe they were just walking across the floor at midnight, 1 am and 2 am, but it sounded like thuds with each footfall. I sleep with earplugs and could still hear the noise. The check-in process was a bit frustrating as we had never received an email with the door code or unit number, but we thought we had gotten that info from VRBO. When we landed, I tried contacting the host on the app, and then tried his number but it was disconnected. I then contacted the VRBO helpline and they reached out to the host, unsuccessfully on the first few attempts, then finally found an old contract and sent the necessary info to get in as we waited in the parking lot of the condo. Later the host texted to apologize.

The hosts were great and were excellent communicators. Very clean and comfortable. Great location to get to all the spots and includes a secluded private beach where you can watch all the sea life. We are definitely keeping this spot for our next visit to Napili Bay!

Returning to the Napili Bay resort complex. This unit has a partial ocean view from the lanai that allows for having a breakfast with the view. Perfect for two people. Just a few steps from the sandy beach of Napili Bay and the costal trail that goes all the way to DT Fleming. Hosts were very responsive and nice.

Fantastic relaxing time away from the cold in Canada... Cant wait to come again...
