Maui Magic at Napili Bay, Spacious One-Bedroom Condo w/ AC in Oceanfront Complex

I appreciated the communication leading up to our arrival - it was very clear and easy to navigate once we arrived. One thing that could be improved was the bathroom cleanliness- the shower had quite a bit of limescale build up and the shower curtain had mold on it.

Raccoon infestation. Terrible noise all night long. No sleep foo op e 5/6 guests. Traveling home 3,000 miles will contact you with specific details of a condescending not nice host. I’ve used VRBO many times, & have always been very happy. Not so this time!! I will call with full details on Jan. 2nd.

Beautiful property, friendly host

The house was nice but for the price I paid I expected to at least have paper towels and klenex available. Also railings on staircase and on upper floor re spaced too far apart - our 4 year old could easily fit between railings. Also screens did not fit properly. The views were great and enjoyed the outside decks

We had a fine stay here in this serviceable unit. The furniture is tired and there are leaks in the ceiling. The AC stopped working mid-stay. The pool is noisy also right outside the balcony. The location besides that is good with a short walk to the beach and water. The snorkeling to the south is decent swimming out past the waves (if your skill allows) with frequent turtle and other sightings. The kitchen provided oil, salt, pepper and a few spices.

Enjoyed our stay and the unit! Some feedback - Beach chair was broken, but thank you for bringing a new one same day! AC in bedroom needed new batteries upon late arrival (found some in kitchen after tracking down security guard who gave us some out of his flashlight.) Speaking of late arrival, I called to ask if there would be coffee for our first morning and the answer was yes. There wasn't any coffee in the unit. All of the Perfect Stay staff were pleasant when we contacted them. Thank you!

We had perfect holidays!

Communication was poor when we asked on several occasions for a few hour late check out. Never heard back after several calls and emails. Also no propane at the property meant that cooking was a challenge. Also pools and hot tubs were. Or heated either. Outside their control but a frustration for sure.

We had a wonderful stay. This nice, clean condo was perfect. Great location. Everything we needed.

We stayed for one month, and My Perfect Stays had the room very clean. Checking in at Napili Shores was easy, even though we arrived after hours. We asked for a mid-month cleaning that was done quickly and efficiently. Napili Shores at Napili Bay is one of the best beaches, and Napili Shores two pools and two restaurants on premises makes it a great, relaxing vacation.

We had an awesome trip to Napili and a great stay in E244. Will hopefully be back!

Great space perfect for the kids and families together. Runs on septic so hot water and bathroom use limited for larger groups. Had to take turns to shower etc. good amenities

The host is communicative. However the accommodations is run down especially for the price, cluttered furniture and not as advertised. None of the patios were set up or even given access to furniture. The 13 person dining room lighting was poor. We needed to bring in a lamp from the other room to help. Barely any supplies. We get no paper towels but at least have some washable napkins and adequate utensils. They need to really consider lowering their price or doing a major upgrade on the offerings. Overall, it was a nice location and we made the best of it.

Cleanliness: The grounds are nicely kept. The unit needs a deep clean: some areas around the bedroom windows and around the bathroom caulking are moldy; the base of the lanai railing is grimy. The unit could use some repainting or touchups; I photographed multiple scratches when I was allowed into the apartment. (I am happy to attach them on request; they are time and date stamped). Check in: After a smooth flight and uneventful auto rental, it was, in sharp contrast, miserable. As requested, we had sent My Perfect Stays our flight info/expected arrival. We were exhausted from traveling and inquired politely whether the room might be ready early; we have had good luck with this multiple times from other booking agencies. One of the front desk clerks was ice cold and barked at us “You can’t check in till 4” and looked like she wanted to spit in our faces. However, she did call to see if it was done. The other clerk was very sweet and polite and allowed us to store our luggage in a holding room. We checked in periodically, with the front desk clerks and the My Perfect Stays phone number, always politely. Finally, at 4:10, the front desk had still not gotten word that the room was ready, but they gave us the keys. Accuracy of Online Listing. It’s a comfortable one bedroom unit. The kitchen is mostly nicely supplied. However, your online response that no unusual noise was expected during our stay (I would have cancelled if I had known what would happen) was completely inaccurate. I can send you a screen shot of the inquiry if you wish. Communication with Property Manager: This appears to be the crux of the problem. There are 4 entities involved: the Outrigger, My Perfect Stays, the condo owner, and the homeowner association. During our stay, the E building had solar panels installed onto the roof. This is not the kind of thing that happens only last minute because of some emergency. For 3 days our unit was unusable during daylight hours because of all the hammering and stomping and debris falling from our ceiling. Additionally, someone decided to start cutting down some of the palm trees on the property, so even when outside there was the constant whining of the chainsaws. Location and Neighborhood: It’s nice to have 3 restaurants within walking distance. The beach is quite eroded/slanted now, and while we were there the waves were fairly strong, so the bay is not quite as tame as appears in photos.

Our extended family enjoyed a great week here. The house and amenities were perfect for our family. Lots of space for kids and adults. Carolyn answered all our questions etc promptly. Would highly recommend this property for family groups.

Beautiful house on a beautiful beach. This place was awesome for our group. The space, the hot tub, the living area, rooftop deck and beach access was incredible. We will be back!

A wonderful spot to relax and unwind! So much to see and do that 2 nights flew by!

The place was nice. I noticed a bit of a musty smell as soon as i entered the house. Generally it was clean.. nice hiuse right on the ocean with a hot tub. We enjoyed our time there.

The Beach Log Home was the perfect way to celebrate my 50th birthday :) The home had everything that we needed, very comfortable and the view is amazing. I'm not sure that the hot tub was empty at all that entire weekend! With the beach right there, we walked for hours beach combing and when the tide went WAY out, we went oyster and clam picking (make sure you get your license) and made a huge score woohoo :) The liquor store/convenience store was 1 km away and the gas station just 2 km away. We went to Coombs for dinner less than 30 minutes away, everything was so accessible Bev and Ken were so great, they had the fire on for us when we arrived, brought us laundry soap when we needed it and let us see the Shady Shores suites which were really nice (I'm going to stay there next!) Definitely coming back here again and I recommend it to anyone that is looking for a great vacation getaway home!

From the time we arrived till the time we left everything was perfect including the Rainbow right after the wedding ceremony. The home is in the perfect place for a getaway yet not too far out. We will have wonferful memories for our wedding. Thank you
