Maui Sunset BR, 2BA Condo B-307 - New King Bed

The host was very responsive and made sure we felt comfortable, always available to answer any questions. The condo was clean, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. It’s truly a beautiful place!

Lovely apartment, really comfortable had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Really comfy beds, good shower pressure, Smart Tv in lounge. Great cooking facilities. Complex is spotless lovely pool and hot tub. Communal BBQs immaculately cleaned however struggled to get hot enough. We would definitely stay here again and the host Terry is brilliant at responding to messages

Great stay and good space, was dated, but didn’t bother us at all! The only thing was that the air conditioning in the living room was a bit loud at night, but nothing terrible. The place is so close to the beach and Terry provided lots of towels and beach stuff to enjoy.

We enjoyed our stay. The grounds were beautiful, and the beach equipment was appreciated too. I would have liked a clearer view of the ocean from our balcony, Nice beach parks were just a short drive away.

We didn't use the living room a/c, but the bedroom a/c worked fine. Our view from the lanai overlooked the courtyard, grilling area and the walkways around the resort. We did have trouble with the overhead fans, but the owners came asap and replaced both fans.

Building is a little dated but the grounds are very pretty. The room had a closet with beach stuff and the kitchen had cups, pots, pans and everything you could need. Beach is basically in the backyard.

Very close to shopping. No parking fees. Beach front property, but the ocean was a bit choppy & dirty due to high surf. Used a small shopping cart for luggage transport. It was great for groceries. The unit was comfortable & clean except for the living room AC. Removed the cover & filter which was covered with dirt & prevented the air flow. Washed it out clean. Did not contact the host due to the time being close to bedtime. Enjoy your stay.

Was perfect for family of four

Our stay was just perfect for us. The condo was located within walking distance of many stores and restaurants, which was incredibly convenient, but it was also far enough away from "busy" areas that we were able to just enjoy some peace and quiet time together. The condo was close enough to the airport to make getting there and back easy and was less than an hour and a half from Haleakala National Park, which was a bucket list trip for me. The beach located on property was never busy and was just large enough to spread out and enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Check in and check out were a breeze and our hosts were so incredibly communicative - they answered all of our questions quickly and comprehensively and made the stay that much more enjoyable by doing so. There were five of us in the room: myself, my three adult children, and my 14-year-old... there was plenty of room for all of us and everyone slept well! We had a wonderful time and, if we are fortunate enough to return to Maui, we will definitely look to book here again.

Enjoyed our stay! The condos themselves have nice amenities and perfect location. The only thing i'd recommend is new bedding & towels. They are provided and some extra sets of bedding but we had planned to use the pull out sofa and those sheets were not there at the time. Provide plenty of beach towels but could have used a couple extras for showers. Overall wonderful and would reccomend!

Great place, condo was nice with beautiful surroundings. Plenty of room for two couples, and had everything we needed. Location was close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Very convenient location. Thank you — we enjoyed our stay.

This condo unit is in the perfect central location on Maui. The property is beautiful, quiet and well maintained. We were there with 3 of our young adult children (so 5 of us in total) and had plenty of space. We did rent a twin size fold up bed for extra sleeping space. There were enough beach chairs and towels for our whole group and 2 body boards which we enjoyed using. The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. The split A/C kept the rooms nice and cool. We would definitely stay in this location again!

Love the fact that the grounds are well-cared for. Lots of amenities include a small fitness center, pool, jacuzzi, putting green, tennis and pickleball courts, and a gorgeous location on the beach. The condo itself offered everything we needed including beach chairs, sand toys, coolers, cooking essentials, clean pots and pans, rice cooker, etc. Parking is plentiful and free. Check-in was easy. Overall, we enjoyed the property and would book again.

Stayed for 5 nights and would come back. Friendly staff and neighbours. Great BBQ, grounds and hot tub area. Unit had everything and was clean and well setup.
