Absolutely perfect!! We’ll be back…

Chris was an excellent host, he was frequently in contact leading up to our trip to see if we had any special requests or if we wanted any of the bedrooms set up differently. He was very accommodating!

This was perfect from booking to departure. Home is lovely and in a great location-so well equipped. They have thought of everything to make a stress free stay. Extra suggestions were point on and so appreciated. Stay-you’ll love it!

Beautiful home, short walk from the beach, great open-concept living area, A/C everywhere. Host was responsive and awesome to deal with. Would stay here again in a heartbeat next time we visit Maui.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean and well maintained and is about a 2 minute walk to the beach. We walked down there every evening after dinner so the kids could see the sea turtles. The property manager Chris was exceptional and made sure we were taken care of and even let us check in early. We made some wonderful memories there and would stay there again in the future.

This is our 4th time booking with Chris and he's the best host ever. House was well stocked with everything we could need for our stay. It's less than a 5 minute walk to a beach and we were able to enjoy the sunset every night. This is a great place for a large group and we'd absolutely stay again.

This house was perfect for our group. Given our side trips to West Maui, Hana, Kanaha and Haleakala, this location worked well for us. It was also close enough to walk to a few restaurants and many others were a short drive away. The beach was a 3 minute walk. All the bedrooms were well appointed with comfortable beds. We also liked the spaciousness of the kitchen. Although there is no ocean view, relaxing on the large upper deck was a highlight. Chris was very accommodating and also proactive in checking in with us to ensure everything was going well.All in all, it was a great experience with no problems or issues with the house.

Amazing house. Perfect for our extended family vacation. Enough room for all of us to spread out but also able to gather together for meals and games. Close to a beach for beautiful sunsets and walking in the morning. The kids liked playing in the sand and the waves. Great neighborhood on quiet non-busy road.

Fantastic accommodations. Our children and their significant others joined us for a fabulous time in Maui. This included nine adults who all agreed that this was a "perfect' house. It was wonderful to sit out on the upstairs deck feeling the Maui breeze and sun. We have stayed in Maui before but this location was more central to all the sites and activities that we wanted to enjoy. Several evenings were spent on the nearby beach (a quick block away to beach access), enjoying the sunset. Chris was extremely responsive to any questions or needs. Great time had by all!

This was a fantastic experience from initial inquiry to post checkout. Chris was very responsive and communicative throughout the whole time answering any questions or responding to any requests I had.The property itself was exactly as represented in the photos. Very clean, lots of amenities and very spacious. It was the perfect place for our family of 12. We rented the casita as well which was great for my wife and I with our 1.5yr old son so he could go to sleep earlier and away from the common (more noisy) areas in the main house. It was also still within range for our baby monitor. The walk to the beach from the house was literally about 1 minute. Enjoyed watching the sunsets almost every night. Just all around a great location and property. Would absolutely stay here again if we visit Maui again. Thank you Chris!!

Beautiful home, very well equipped on a gorgeous island. What more could you want?

This is our second visit to Maui and our 2nd stay at this property. Chris Muane was an exceptional host, taking care that all our needs were met. The main house and cottage perfectly accommodated us, our kids and grandkids. The location was right in the middle of the island making day trips easily accessible everywhere we went. We had the best time at the local beach right across the street, swimming and catching site of many turtles passing by. Even encountered a few turtles still sleeping on the beach in the early morning hours. The memories that we’ve built over the years here are priceless. We highly recommend this property for all ages and groups. It truly is a home away from home.

Our family had a wonderful stay. The home had plenty of space to accommodate our family comfortably. The location was par none and we enjoyed exploring all of the nearby beaches, shops and restaurants. Chris exceeded our expectations in providing everything we could possibly need for our stay and he went above and beyond answering my questions and sharing detailed information about excursions our family was interested in. Everything about this place is awesome!! Access to the beach, amenities, responsiveness, proximity to everything, and just a great place to stay for a large group! Is there anything we needed that they didn’t have??? Nope, everything was great!

Hoaloha Hale was perfect for our family trip to Maui. The house had absolutely everything we needed and more. The most well stocked kitchen of any VBRO I’ve ever rented. The house is so spacious, 9 adults and no one ever felt crowded. The multiple living areas and huge deck were amazing. It was great having everything we needed for any kind of day we decided to have. Chris was so communicative and was spot on with all of his suggestions. We hope to be back someday and would definitely look up Hoaloha Hale first.

The accommodations were outstanding. My entire family came over with kids and grandparents age 10 to 86 and everyone had a place. My parents stayed in the Ohana, which was absolutely fantastic. The rest of the house had enough king size beds for myself and my daughters and their husbands. The kids split amongst the two other bedrooms. The game set up upstairs couldn’t have been better. The kitchen function so well. Our favorite spot was evening dinners out on the deck. Highly highly recommend it. And Chris(the owner) was so attentive and responsive when a couple of little situations came up. Thank you for the aloha spirit

We brought our two children, their spouses and three grandchildren to Maui so we could have family time together and celebrate 50 years of marriage. The house and cottage combination worked so well. It’s such a livable home. The main floor and deck area was a superb space for gathering and eating. We leave with wonderful memories.

Close to Beaches, Shopping, Awesome Restaurants, we had a blast!

Finding this property that accommodated multiple family members was a gem. The dual-level bedroom layout and the additional cottage for young couples offered both privacy and togetherness—a perfect combination for family gatherings. A well-stocked kitchen and large gathering space is indeed a boon, making group meals and celebrations seamless. Staying within walking distance to local amenities and enjoying breathtaking sunsets each evening was delightful. Witnessing over 13 sea turtles coming ashore at dusk was a rare and special experience. Chris was fantastic to work with, answering any questions promptly, providing area restaurant suggestions, activity ideas and checking in with us after our arrival to make sure everything was to our liking. Our family had wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and perfect for our 3-generation family stay. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance from the nearest beach. Chris, the host, was highly responsive to questions and issues during our stay.

We loved our trip, the house was perfect for 6 adults. Looking forward to next year!

Over the years, I have stayed at numerous shared rental properties. I cannot recommend this one enough. I stayed at Chris’ property for my wedding week in Maui. I had planned a family elopement — for everyone to stay at the house together, to get married at the beautiful (and convenient beach across the street), and to have a chef cook dinner after the ceremony at the house. So, the house and location were of utmost importance for my purposes. First, the house and property were exactly as described, clean, and had everything a family would need for a week the beach. This includes a big patio to grill on, various beach accessories (kiddie toys, chairs, flippers, cooler), a large kitchen with everything you’d need to cook and store food, and a literal three minute walk to a quiet beach where it’s mostly locals. Second, Chris was instrumental to helping me put together the various pieces of this trip, including sending me information on where my brother could rent baby equipment for his newborn, permitting for the wedding, and being flexible about having a chef cook at the house. Chris personally texted and called me to check in about how we were settling in, and was incredibly responsive in the months between booking and check-in. If you are hesitating about booking, don’t! Thank you to the hosts for helping me bring my vision to life.

Our family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kihei. The home was large enough to accommodate our family....to provide even more privacy we also rented the Cottage which allowed 3 married couples, 2 adult grandson's to have their own rooms and our 2 teen granddaughter's to share a room. The house and cottage together had 3 washers and dryers, multiple big screen TVs and an electronic game room with 2 large screen displays....the house had everything you needed included all the dishes and utensils pots and pans and a crock pot, coffee pot, rice pot, etc....it even had a George Forman grill.The air conditioning system throughout both buildings was also appreciated during the warmer days.Location was great with beaches, restaurants, activities, grocery stores. all conveniently located and some within walking distance....A great time was had by all

This house is perfect for a family gathering. Great location in Kihei close to the beach, park and restaurants and quick access to the airport and highway. The owners have lived in the house and have thought of every detail to make it the best for their guests . Kitchen is well stocked and beach supplies were awesome. Each room has a separate climate control with a split which keeps everyone happy.

This was the perfect house for our family Thanksgiving. The house has a great layout with a wonderful, high-end kitchen and open dining/living area on the second floor along with two other living areas on the first floor and third-floor loft. The five bedrooms and adjacent cottage were perfect for our family of 12. The house is centrally located and within easy driving distance to Kahului, Wailea, and Lahaina. The host was very communicative and attentive to our needs. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was just what we needed for 9 adults and 3 little ones. Bedrooms cool, comfortable and quiet for napping babies. Kitchen, eating and living area were also great for socializing, cooking together and just hanging out. Beach within a few yards was all to ourselves and the sunsets there were great too. Plenty of grocery stores and classes of dining nearby.

We had a great time! The home was beautiful, clean and close to the beach! The home owner was very responsive and even gave us suggestions on some good snorkeling spot. If we make it Maui again we will definitely consider staying at this home again.

The big house is really, really nice. It has 3 levels with stairs, a huge kitchen and dining area, and a great porch that wraps all the way around the middle level. The vegetation surrounding the home is wonderful, and it creates a little Hawaiian oasis, with plenty of parking room for multiple vehicles in the driveway. By the way, there’s a mango tree on the property! There was a small problem with the cottage (which we also rented in order to have enough room for our large group), which was immediately taken care of by the host. We really appreciated the service and willingness of the host to go the extra mile to help us when this minor problem arose. Overall, this was a perfect place for our large family group to sleep, sit on the porch, cook large meals in the kitchen, and use the grill on the deck. You will not be disappointed with this big house.

Beautiful house with a great layout for big groups. Beach is a 3 minute walk perfect for evening sunsets. We also loved staying in Kihei with close proximity to airport, destinations, and stores. If we ever make it back to Maui we will rent this house again. Thank you!!

The house was beautiful, a short walk to great beach usually having only neighborhood people on it. Chris was exceptional as a host, immediately responsive to questions. My fiancé (now wife!), family and friends stayed here for 6 nights for our wedding and a vacation in paradise. It was the perfect location! Short walk to the beach, short drive to many great shops and restaurants and really not a bad drive to anywhere else on the island. All of the bedrooms are spacious and allowed for everyone to have their privacy. We also added the cottage which added even more space. Great patio and kitchen that was good for the group to gather and relax. The host, Chris, was great about communicating and made everything super simple for us. 11/10, would recommend!!

This home in Maui was so roomy and perfect for our large family! We loved how spacious the kitchen and adjoining living space was, as we gathered there often. The home is close to so many beautiful beaches as well as restaurants and grocery stores. We loved this location! Well stocked with everything you need for your stay. We also used the cottage and it was wonderful as well. The property is clean and well-maintained. Chris, the manager was super helpful and on top of any needs we had. Perfect home for our Maui vacation. Ample space for 2 families to stay. We enjoyed making dinners and playing games in the large kitchen and dining area. The location was close to the beach for morning walks and sunset viewing. The home was Also close to coffee shop, groceries and many good restaurants. We made Great memories here.

Chris was very prompt in responding. The house definitely lends itself so very well for large groups. All family and friends were very happy with the accommodations. Very, very pretty home and well appointed. The beach access was great. Just a short walk up the beach you are able to see sea turtles resting in the sun. We had relatives staying in the cottage on the property they seemed equally happy with the accommodations. This property worked well for us and our 2 families with small children. As the grandparents, we stayed in the cottage while the other 4 adults and 4 grandchildren stayed in the main house. That separation worked very well for us. Both the house and cottage were well stocked for cooking, and there also was some equipment available for fun at the beach. The beach does have some coral, so water shoes are advisable. The Yale electronic locks made access easy for everyone. Restaurants and a grocery store are only about half a mile away. And we had very responsive communications with the owner.

So spacious, clean, and only two minutes away from the beach! 5 min from grocery, shops and restaurants! Rented the whole property, including the cottage for our wedding party of 11 adults and everyone felt fully accommodated. Plenty of beach gear and towels. Also very close to MisoPhat Sushi. First off, the property manager Chris was the best host I've had experience with. Very helpful, responsive and generous. The property itself was just as advertised and housed the 12 of us very comfortably. The two houses were clean and the kitchens were well organized. An easy stroll to the beach.
