This two-bedroom oceanfront middle residence is guaranteed to be on floors 5-8 and commands impressive ocean views with dramatic vistas from Kahoolawe to Lanai.
The residence affords 1175 sq ft of interior living space and can sleep up to seven guests. It has a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and a queen-size convertible sofa sleeper in the living room. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed as well as a twin-size loveseat pullout. The primary bedroom, living room, and lanai are all treated to oceanfront views.
Enjoy the convenience of a well-appointed gourmet kitchen with CaesarStone countertops, stainless steel Bosch appliances, custom wood cabinetry, and a full assortment of high-quality dinnerware and cutlery. The residence also features an in-suite washer and dryer.
Relax and take in the views of the Pacific Ocean and Maui’s neighboring islands from your own spacious private lanai – comfortably furnished with its own modern lounge furniture.
The primary bedroom is appointed with Hyatt’s signature king-size Grand Bed and features outstanding oceanfront views. The luxurious primary bath features a walk-in shower, separate vanities, and an elegant free-standing tub.
The Hyatt Residence Club Maui has its own infinity-edge, tranquil pool, as well as a family pool and a children’s pool. Lounge poolside in your own private cabana, which can be rented from the resort, or enjoy a poolside drink from the Pau Huaka’i Tiki Bar. The Residence Club also offers its own modern fitness center open 24 hours a day.

Best villa location with views!
We had a wonderful vacation. 4 nights including Christmas. Really enjoyed the hospitality.
The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. The Hyatt Vacation Club was a beautiful property with extremely helpful staff. The pool is amazing and our kids liked being able to use the waterslide next door at the Hyatt Regency. The view from the apartment is amazing, I wish I were still looking at it. The beach immediately in front of the property is a little small but it’s a short walk to Kaanapali beach which has great surfing, snorkeling, etc. It’s about a mile walk to Black Rock which has amazing snorkeling, cliff jumping, etc. There are also plenty of dining options that are walkable, including at whaler’s village. We loved our time here and can’t wait to go back.
Our accommodations, location, staff, guest services were absolutely amazing!! A "Bucket List" trip for sure!!!
All of the pools at the Hyatt Grand Vacation were closed. They made the property at the Hyatt Regency available but that pool was under construction with Heavy equipment operating on the pool deck

Beautiful property with spacious, well appointed rooms. Awesome ocean views from the large lanai. Have stayed next door at the Hyatt Regency for years, first time at the Hyatt Residence, won’t be the last!!!
A very nice and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Awesome view of the beach/ocean. We were able to see whales from our balcony!
While my family and I had stayed at the Hyatt Regency Maui in the past, I had never stayed at the Hyatt Residences next door. It was well appointed and spacious, with an expansive balcony that has a wide open view of the ocean and Lana’i island. Guests at the Hyatt Residences have privileges both at the Residence property and the Hyatt Regency hotel next door. The bathroom off of the primary bedroom is luxurious, with a huge tub that you can sit in and listen to the ocean when you open the sliding glass door to the balcony. The full kitchen was first rate and the in-unit washer dryer is very convenient to keep packing light. 100% will be back to this property.
Our stay at the Hyatt Residence Club will be an unforgettable experience. The resort is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious, and the views are spectacular. All the staff have been kind and helpful. It has been great to be able to use the facilities next door at the Hyatt Regency, but then be able to enjoy the calm ambiance here at the Residence Club. Yoga classes in the morning by the ocean, under the palm trees was just amazing. The folks at Maui Rentals have been responsive every step of the way. We will definitely be booking with them again if we are ever lucky enough to visit Hawaii for a second time.
