Just next door, the neighboring residence enjoys its own ocean views as well as overlooks of the resort’s lush interior courtyard and pools.

Large sliding glass doors open to spacious oceanview lanais, filling each residence with natural light and showcasing views of the Pacific as well as the resort’s lush interior courtyard and pools. Guests can dine either outdoors on the expansive lanais or inside in air-conditioned comfort at each residence’s eight person dining table and barstool kitchen seating.

Each residence features a professional chef’s kitchen designed to impress, complete with Viking appliances, granite countertops, dual ovens, a Vitamix blender, and a built-in professional wine cooler. Major appliances include refrigerators, gas stoves, dual ovens, microwaves, and dishwashers. Well equipped for everything from casual breakfasts to elevated group dinners, these spacious kitchens make it easy to cook, gather, and entertain in style.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to both adjacent 3BR residences, Konea 249 and Konea 251, including all interior spaces within each home and their private lanais. Please note that while the residences are directly next to one another, there is no adjoining door between them. Guests will also have full access to the Honua Kai Resort & Spa amenities.
