About this property
Come to Papakea J401 for your perfect Maui vacation! Amazing view of the ocean, from the 4th/top floor, corner unit. You’ll enjoy whale season or sail boats from your private lanai with dining table and lounge chair. J401 is a short walk to the pool, spa, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, beach and more.
This fully remodeled condo has a main floor bedroom with a new King bed, independent operated air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The main floor bathroom has a shower & tub combo. The guest sleeping area is located upstairs in the loft with queen bed, independent operated air conditioning, closet space and drawers and 3/4 bathroom with walk-in shower. Queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
The kitchen and living area open concept provide a view from anywhere in the room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need such as pots, pans and dishes to cook meals in if you prefer. There is ample seating inside or on the lanai. Full-size front load washer and dryer in the condo.
Papakea Resort is a beautiful, oceanfront, property at the North end of Ka'anapali beach. Papakea has 13 acres of tropical gardens with palm trees, koi ponds, 2 swimming pools and 2 spas. It is also equipped with lighted tennis and pickle ball courts, shuffleboard and 2 putting greens for your enjoyment. (Equipment available at the front desk.) Easy parking right behind our building!
Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, coffee houses, a fantastic fish market, local farmers market and shops. Famous championship golf course is just a 5 minute drive North to Kapalua. 10 min drive South to Whalers Village for more dining and shopping options.
Papakea is a great home base for your Maui vacation.

Great resort. Easy walking to many things. Groceries also close. The king bed was very soft. We stayed in march, to see the sunset you have to walk out to the beach that was accessible by the property next door.
Great resort like experience without the crowds. Easy to get a lounge chair to watch for whales or the sunset. Condo had everything we needed.
The condo was amazing and very spacious for my family of five. Living on Oahu I am used to very small hotel rooms and tight living quarters but this condo was very spacious and comfortable. The location was awesome right next to the ocean, we were able to hear the waves crashing as we slept. Truly amazing 10 out of 10!
We have stayed at Papakea several times and never have been disappointed. This apartment was no different, great location and great amenities. We will continue to book vacations at this place.

This property is well maintained , has amazing views and lots to do onsite. Great location , easy to commute to all your daily excursions, great restaurants and food trucks within walking distance.
The view excellent relaxing,very clean, all that you need is provided and the washer & dryer is a plus.. Quality kitchen utensils, beds are very comfortable to sleep on. Lots of parking, easy check in and check out, liked the elevator. Toilets, showers, sinks are all in excellent working condition. Accessible to supermarket, restaurants, ABC store, few steps to the beach & pool. I would stay in this property again if I go to Maui and will recommend to my family & friends.
we used this as a starting point of our Hawaiian vacation. we only had two days in Maui. this condo was clean easy to access, had all the things you'd want.
The condo is everything you want. Fantastic views. Beautifully decorated. Well appointed. The Papakea grounds are perfectly manicured. Close to beaches and shopping.

Property located in a great place to explore West Maui. Food trucks are right next to the property which was super-convenient. Check in process was only complaint. Understaffed, so check in took a long time, which was unfortunate after a 7-hour long flight.
