This place was perfect for our family! We had 7 of us and each couple, and the individual, had their own room. The views are amazing and the beach at low tide is really nice. We enjoyed the nice open downstairs and it was a fantastic place for us to gather. We were concerned about how the area of Lahaina would look from the fire 3 years ago, but were pleasantly surprised to see how well it has come back. This section of the neighborhood was unaffected, so it's beautiful. The pool by the ocean is really nice too! The home is showing some signs of getting older as the screen on the Master bedroom door has separated and there are other small cosmetic issues. We had to call twice to have the window air conditioning unit in the Master Bedroom fixed, but they came out quickly each time. The views and location far outweigh any negatives.

Breathtaking views of the Pacific and Lanai right from your own lanai! This roomy rental was perfect for our multigenerational party of 8. Community amenities were fantastic, and the flat green space behind the property is perfect. Overall, a great spot in an amazing location. That said, these are some important considerations:-This is a three story unit. LOTS of steps. All of the AC is window/wall units and it will be hot when you walk in the door. It does cool down quick. -Having multiple vehicles results in additional charges, and this is not specified. -Both the grill and the stove top have issues getting to temperature. Not dealbreakers, but you should know for planning your meals.The properties in this community are old and beachside, and as such suffer from pest management challenges. Be on the lookout for cockroaches and mice.

Fantastic view and location. So much space for everyone. It could not have been more perfect.

This is one of those places that makes you think "oh yeah, i could live here!". The location and view are amazing. Being able to slide open the doors so you have an unobstructed view of the ocean is only matched by getting to hear the waves crash right there on the beach. The property itself was amazing and had enough space for us, our three children and their grandparents. We found plenty of beach toys, pool floaties, and snorkel masks so we could enjoy the water. There are two pools on the property, one has an amazing view but is a little cooler and the other was just right for the kids to swim in even when it was raining. Located at the bottom of Lahaina, it was easy to get to the grocery store and all the amazing western Maui beaches were less than 30 min away. Diane was very friendly, communicative, and responsive. We didn’t have any issues while we were there but she was great about answering all my questions before we got there in a speedy manner. Already thinking about going back to the same place!

Beautiful location and property. Celebrated a birthday with family and friends. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and felt like we were home. Watching the sunset while enjoying a home cooked meal on the back porch was fantastic. Great place for a family vacation.

Our family recently stayed at this incredible beach front property in Maui! Unfortunately our trip started during the flooding in March 2026, so the pools were closed for a few days and we couldn’t swim in the beach in front of the property, but it was central to many other beaches, perfect location to check out the coastline and has everything we needed! The house could use a few updates, but you can’t beat the view. We saw countless whales from our patio and balcony and the sunsets are remarkable. The only thing that would have made our stay better was staying another week! Hope to come back soon!

Worst vacation rental property of any I have stayed at anywhere in the World. Condo flooded on the first floor. Property manager, host NOR VRBO would help. Always have a backup plan onbyoir own if you use VRBO.

CheckIn took a little bit. We were unable to get ahold of the host right away. The lock had to be rebooted. But once we got ahold of her it was easy. That stuff happens. The place was very clean. Comfortable. The location was ideal! And the VIEW WAS… no words. The whale watching was awesome. I would recommend this rental to ANYONE. It’s fab

Great condo in an absolute gorgeous location. Very peaceful and private feeling. Perfect spot for relaxing and watching whales after long day of sight seeing.

The host replied to my messages very quickly. The house was amazing and the view was amazing. We saw whales every day. We had some crumby weather so we weren’t able to use the pool. I think we had the best view out of all of the houses. The house was huge! Perfect for 6 people. If I ever come back I would definitely stay there again!!!

Great place to stay with a 5-member family! Lots of privacy, steps to sand, and whales non-stop from the porch! A paradise!

Worst property, by far, we’ve ever stayed in. These are notes I took during our stay. Grill, wouldn’t heat above 250 degrees, ruined a meal Stove, wouldn’t go above 300 degrees, ruined meal Blender, broken, fire hazard Dishwasher doesn’t work Ice maker doesn’t work 1 hand towel Paper towels horrible No toilet paper No soap Several dangerous parts of house, my wife had two injuries due to house. Over 90 degrees in house when we arrived Ceiling fan outside about to break Can’t sit at island with bar stools Black mold in glass Dead mouse Cockroaches House needs an audit before anyone else should be allowed to stay here.

The view was beautiful. The lawn and surrounding areas kept clean. Super quiet at night, the sliding doors keep it soundproof. Small little things that need to be fixed here and there. Manager said she would have maintenance address the issues. The manager had the television box changed out by midday of the second day we were there, after we reported the problem. The place could use better blinds and a new bar-b-que. Communicating with the manager was very easy and convenient.

Great location, quiet neighborhood and you can't beat the lanai/backyard/beachfront area. We found the place to be clean and it was nice having 4 bathrooms for 8 people. The host was very responsive with all of our pre-trip questions. The following is not meant to be a complaint but simply an observation: Our group is a rather TALL group of people and we found some of the fixtures in the house to be fit for much smaller people, even moreso than "normal". So, just a literal head's up with the ceiling fan in the master bedroom, the 3rd level bedrooms/bathrooms (attic style ceilings) and the hood vent over the stovetop if you are also tall.

To put it mildly if this was the low point of our trip. For the amount of money we spent per night, I was expecting a high-end vacation villa. What we got was a rental with cockroaches, mice, a broken toilet, moldy bedding and towels, and TV that didn't work. Let's talk about the cockroaches, I understand that near beaches you can get the large cockroaches from outside. We found four in the rental. However, there were also smaller cockroaches which I took pictures of. Terminix came and said that the place, although didn't seem to be infested he absolutely saw a signs of cockroaches. Then there was the mouse that came out to say hi. The bedding and towels were moldy. We had to rewash everything, which cut into vacation time. Having eight people, one a toddler whose potty training, in a house where you now only have three bathrooms instead of four because the toilet runs and floods the kitchen every time you flush it is a major inconvenience. Lastly, the no TV working wouldn't have been an issue if we didn't have said toddler with us. We made it work with tablets but there is a giant TV and she couldn't understand why we couldn't watch her show on the TV. All in all there are a bunch of inconvenient things like no tissues in the house and sweltering heat on the top floor bedrooms. I think the worst part is that the property manager lives in Seattle, so whoever is managing the property locally for her is not doing a good job and she has no visibility.

The property and community in which it is located is beautiful and well maintained. We loved the convenience of walking out on the lanai and directly to beach access. We are a family of 6 adults and 1 child (14 months old) and enjoyed the ease of the townhouse, yard and beach. The community is quiet and located within walking distance to Lahaina dining/shopping district. This location was a great find for our family.

Stunning location. We watched many beautiful sunsets & star gazing. Short walk to the pools. Short drive to Lahaina. We would have liked more outdoor chairs to use on the 2nd floor lani. The switch plate in main bath over sink needs to be fixed as well as the door to the room but, that is minor compared to the location.

Perfect location with spacious lawn and picturesque view of ocean. Clean, no roaches, spiders, ants or vermin. Comfortable beds and linen. Hot water. Nice family space. Big refrigerator. Lots of fry pans and pots, cookie sheets. Needs a bigger baking pan. (We celebrated several birthdays.) Working oven. Working gas grill. Sand toys, games. Big outdoor table we enjoyed breakfast and dinner at. Multiple pool access in quiet community. Short walk to Lahaina. Quick drive to shopping. I would love to come back here.

This property was amazing! A family vacation of 8 adults (4 couples) filled the space without feeling cramped. The lanai and it’s view are simply stunning. And the stackable sliding lanai doors brilliantly create an even larger living space. The listing photos do not showcase just how beautiful this condo is. I was expecting a bit more of a dated feel, so I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The condo is comfortably laid out on 3 floors with a smart and creative design that doesn’t feel cramped or like your constantly walking up stairs. The property is meticulously manicured. Very very nice location with ocean view and excellent beaches needs lots of maintenance need good management, too old furniture, cockroaches etc.
