This time of year is also excellent for whale watching.
The Marriott Maui Ocean Club is centrally located, so it is easy to get to all the hot spots. You are within walking distance to Whalers Village, which has a variety of shops and restaurants. You are also just a few miles away from downtown Lahaina – the charming 19th century historic whaling village which is now a mecca for shops, restaurants and entertainment. Lahaina is the most interesting and quaint town in the islands.
The resort itself is beautiful. The spectacular 'Superpool' with romantic waterfalls, swim through grottos, two whirlpool spas, water slide, and a shipwreck beach for the kids takes up three and half acres and is at the heart of the resort. Water sports and beach equipment rentals, as well as tennis courts and 2 championship golf courses adjacent to resort.
Our oceanview villa is a 2 bedroom, 3 bath plus a full living room (with sleeper sofa). Sleeps up to 8. Located in either the Molokai, Maui or Lanai Towers.
