Newly Remodeled in 2023! Come relax and enjoy the spectacular ocean and island views in this rare three bedroom condo perched on the very top row fourth tier in the Ho’olei community.
This spacious unit has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a large living room, fully equipped kitchen (Mr. Coffee and Keurig coffee machines), outdoor dining area, and upper and lower lanais that will be sure to keep everyone comfortable and spread out.
We take pride in offering you and your family a unique experience unlike any other. When you arrive at the Ho’olei Resort we greet you and your family with a tour of the resort’s beautiful pool, waterfalls, Jacuzzi, sandy beach area and exercise room. Our staff will then escort you to our condo and explain all the functions of this state-of-the-art home and answer any questions you might have regarding the Ho’olei experience and the island of Maui.
Our Team will be here to accommodate you every step of the way. From the moment you book your vacation villa, upon arrival, during your stay and after you return home - we are always a phone call, email or SMS away.
Lolita and her housekeeping team is the best on Maui. With her high standards, you can expect your home to be extra clean and stocked well with fresh towels, sheets, and linens. Eric, our concierge will welcome you with the biggest smile. He's your guy if you have any questions about the home or if you find that you need anything during your stay!
You will be welcomed with local snacks and desserts as well as refillable/reusable beauty products exclusively from L'Occitane. We supply all the linens, towels and sundries you will need in the home

Ho'olei's central location is the most popular resort on Maui! Wailea, on the leeward south-western side of Maui, is the driest part of the Island. The rainfall is moderate with about twenty inches on average per year. Most of the days of the year, even in the rainy winter months, are sun filled.
Ho'olei is in the town of Wailea and in close proximity to the well known Four Seasons Resort, the Grand Wailea Resort, and the Wailea Beach Villas. The Shops at Wailea are within walking distance, as well as the new Wailea Village Center. You will be able to walk to most of the places you need to go, but we absolutely recommend you rent a car and hit the road to enjoy the variety of attractions Maui has to offer.
One of the most beautiful beaches in the world is just across the street. Wailea beach has been awarded top beach awards by Conde Nast magazine and many other travel publications. There are many gourmet restaurants within walking distance, and there is a much-loved beach path, perfect for an early morning jog or an evening stroll..
For "Fun in the Sun" we provide eight beach chairs, four beach umbrellas, a rolling cooler, wagon, eight beach towels and six gym towels.
Our homes are not affiliated with the Grand Wailea hotel pools across the street, however, Ho’olei has a less crowded, five-star pool surrounded by tropical landscapes, with a baby beach, nineteen-foot waterfall, swim-in-grotto, two whirlpools, men’s and women’s sauna and beautiful locker rooms with showers.
You can explore the nearby Shops at Wailea that is within walking distance from your home with plenty of dining choices, a gourmet market, popular clothing stores, and local boutiques.
Ho'olei Resort is just across from the Grand Wailea and Four Seasons Hotels with additional amenities that you are welcome to enjoy (except the pools and slides) such as shopping, dining, wellness spa, etc.

Best property in Maui for families
Thank you for an incredible experience—your property is absolutely breathtaking. We came to celebrate many years of friendship among six close friends, and this stay made the occasion truly special.The accommodations were exceptionally comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. We enjoyed preparing several meals during our time here—the kitchen and grill had everything we needed. Each couple had plenty of space to relax and enjoy both time together and moments of privacy.The views were unforgettable, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the pool and the stunning beaches.We’re leaving with full hearts and lasting memories. Thank you again!
Our group of 7 (2 couples and 3 teenagers) loved our stay at Ho’olei. The condo was fabulous, and the location was great for all the excursions we did while in Maui (Haleakalā sunrise and bike ride, Molokini and Turtle Town snorkeling, Road to Hana full loop counterclockwise with hike to Waimoku Falls, Te Au Moana Luau, and surfing lessons for the kids). There is a 4th bedroom with two pullout coaches where our two teenage boys slept. Our favorite thing about the condo was having coffee each morning on the lanai, followed closely by dinners and sunsets on the lanai. We also enjoyed the wonderful community pool and hot tub.
Everything was great
We absolutely loved our stay at Ho’olei. Eric made sure we had everything we needed. The team takes great pride in keeping the home and grounds clean. The outdoor patio with panoramic view of the ocean and proximity to the Grand Wailea resort and beach were a highlight of our stay. The home is perfect for large family gatherings and has a fully stocked kitchen. We can’t wait to plan our next adventure back to Wailea.

Great location and complex. Eric is outstanding at communicating and being available. Some kind of food offerings at the pool would be awesome. This unit is very nice, unfortunate that bedrooms are on the same air controller. Definitely renting again !!!
The unit was beautiful. The view from the lanai was spectacular. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious. The location was perfect. We appreciated the beach towels, sand shovel, beach bucket, beach chairs and wagon. It made our daily outings so much easier. Not even once did we say ”I wish we had…”. We enjoyed our stay.
Our family of 7 adults absolutely had the best time ever here in Maui. Our stay at this villa was amazing!! The villa is everything that is described and more! Eric is super helpful and quickly answered any questions that we had. We will definitely rebook this villa in the future! If anyone is looking to book this villa please do not hesitate...you will not be disappointed!!
