TOP Floor - Ocean Views - Papakea Resort

Lovely condo! Views were even better than anticipated and the resort is fantastic. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!!

Great experience! Great view/host/location. NOTE: instructions state fan must be on for A/C, the fan switch is on wall next to curtains, it’s not the fan on the system remote.

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The view was amazing, overlooking the pool and the ocean. The resort was well kept and very friendly. It’s located in the perfect spot, close to all of the major beaches and resorts but far enough away that it’s still quiet and relaxing. Walking distance to great coffee and food.

Amazing space for our family of five. Loved the view, the location, and all the provided amenities in the condo. Would love to book a return trip sometime soon!

Spacious and well appointed condo with amazing views, just like the pictures. The loft was perfect our 2 teenage boys and the private bedroom downstairs was appreciated. The kitchen space was great for cooking in. There is a beach close by, about a 5 min walk, that has nice sand and small waves. The resort was quiet and clean, no need to claim chairs by the pool or by the beach wall for sunset. Loved the views and unit, would highly recommend.

The unit was wonderfully maintained and the grounds were wonderful. Perfect for a family. Easily accessible.

Location is great, beautiful view from balcony. Short drive to many great beaches. Kids loved the pool. Unit had plenty of room for 4 people. A few areas could have been cleaned better but overall it was good. Washer/dryer was great to have in the unit. I would book this room again.

My family of 5 completely enjoyed our stay at this rental. The condo had everything we needed & the area was beautiful & quiet. We appreciated the little things like the sun umbrella, chairs & cooler for the beach.Location was great with so many great snorkeling beaches and restaurants nearby. We’ll totally look into booking here on our next trip to Maui,

We stayed here for 10 nights with our two teenage boys. It was perfect! I enjoyed the beautiful view, the kids loved the pool and shuffleboard, and it was a great location to both hunker down for a relaxing day in Kaanapali and go out exploring the island. Beds were comfy, water pressure was good, and kitchen was well stocked with tools. I wish cleaners would allow refrigerator condiments to be left and shared… we had to throw away a once-used bottle of ketchup that we wish the next renters could’ve used and it would’ve been great to have some of that stuff left for us. But other than that small thing, everything was perfect! We hope to go back again!

We spent a week at this property as a family of 5. There was plenty of room. The condo is organized and easy to make our home for 7 days. It has a pool, hot tub, putting green, tennis and pickle ball court available for guests to enjoy. Another thing we enjoyed was the large Cabana, BBQ and view. The perfect place to enjoy supper after a day at the beach. Lisa is an amazing host who is quick to respond and eager to answer questions. Within a 5 minute walk is a grocery store, strip mall and a cute bakery. It is within a 5 minute drive of Black Rock Beach and Airport beach which are highly rated and for good reason! I would recommend this rental and or facility (Papakea) to anyone looking to visit Maui.

This is a well-maintained, low-key property. We had a pleasant stay. Positives were cleanliness, responsive management, and location. Our family could have used another bathroom, but that's not the property's fault. A foot-washing station close to the unit would be handy.

Everything about our stay was perfect

The condo was perfect for our family of 5 with plenty of space to relax. The grounds were beautiful with beach access and the location was just minutes from several other beaches.

This property is in a great location on the Island and is easy to get in and out of the property to explore everything. The unit itself was very clean and well maintained but could stand an update and refresh. The view from this unit was spectacular. We had a small issue with key cards not working and there was a repair person there within a few minutes. The separate facility charges from resort should just be included in the costs - we thought we had everything paid up in advance to find out we had yet another charge. All in all I would recommend this facility in general to anyone heading to Maui - units are all owned by individuals so you have to look around a bit to find the perfect unit on various sites.

The property and grounds were stunning. Very well kept and lots and f activities. The unit was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Everything was in working order. Short walk to a nice little beach.

Excellent location and excellent property with all amenities

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect amount of space for 4 of us, including 2 teenagers. The kitchen was fully stocked as well as having beach chairs, cooler, towels and sand toys for those with kids. The entire grounds were beautiful and we loved the amenities such as the putting green, pickle ball and shuffle board. I highly recommend this place!

This property is exactly what was described. Lisa is amazing to communicate with. We’ve been to the resort multiple times, but this condo was by far the best.

This is our second time staying in Lisa's condo. The new carpet in the loft area was nice, the condo was well stocked, and the view never gets old. We really like the Papakea complex and this condo is one of our favorites there. We would love to return again in the future, thank you Lisa!

Stayed for a week with family of 4. The unit was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and the loft space was perfect for our children (ages 17 and 20). Our host was communicative and great in answering any questions we had. The resort itself is also great. We never struggled to get beach or pool chairs and good activities. It is also in a great location close to grocercies, cafes/bakeries, restaurants and of course beaches. If I have one complaint then it would be noise from the pickleball/tennis courts during an afternoon nap. But that is minor in the grand scheme of things!

Our stay at this condo was perfect for our family of four. It was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Location of the property was perfect, close to restaurant and food trucks, short drive to beach and whalers village. We had an amazing vacation !
