Maui Ka'anapali Villas, Reasonable Rates, Premium Upgrades, Sleeps 4, Renovated

The resort had everything we needed and was in a great location.The host was very accommodating, offering early and late check in.We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book this again.

The room was perfect! All the amenities we needed and more. We had snorkle gear, pool noodles, boogie boards, a beach mat, plenty of spices for cooking, sugar packets, tin foil and plastic wrap, dishes and cookware. I was impressed with the dishes and cookware because many times the dishes are chipped and the cookware is peeling (teflon). Not the case here. Those details mean alot to me because it shows intent in keeping the unit up to date. Oh, I also found nail polish remover, q-tips, peroxide and a few other things under the bathroom counter. The closet has a bin with tape, batteries, a small sewing kit and other items that were very useful. The location was quiet. The lanai, for all units on this side, has a hedge that keeps it feeling pretty private. I loved watching the gecko running up and down the tree by the unit. I also like that when the sliding door is open for an extended period of time the A/C unit kicks off but kicks back on when the door is closed. That way I didn't keep having to remember to do it myself. The staff at the hotel were very nice. All except the concierge lady. She was pushy and rude when I turned down a luau. Nothing to do with our room though so that's just a side note. As far as the room, I am already looking to book again next year.

Good location, the host, Joe, was very easy to deal with and replied quickly to our questions and provided us a late checkout for no extra cost. The unit is small as a studio which was fine but it is a little dated and could use a refresh and there was no where to put the food we purchased as all the cupboards were full. The sound proofing between units is not great so it can be a bit noisy if a family is beside you that talk loudly. The beach out front is lovely and sunset is beautiful to view from there.

Beautiful place, well taken care of. Really good communication with the owner. Beach chairs, snorkeling, gear, sand, mats, everything you need for the beach provided, makes it very easy.Can’t wait to come back!

Joe was very responsive on any questions we had prior to arriving in Maui. A beautiful fruit/snack basket was a surprising welcome to his condo. The condo is in a quiet area of the resort, with easy access to the small pool and a short walk to the beach.

Clean room and a great host!

Stayed with my brother in September 2025. I have to say I was awestruck, this is the best stocked condo I have experienced in years! They had everything we needed to cook properly: Plenty of spices, olive oil, all the utensils you could need, coolers, chairs, boogie boards, the whole nine yards. Both the bed and the sofa bed were immensely comfortable, I was pretty amazed. The grills around the resort were extremely clean and nice, and there was aluminum foil available for use at the grill, as well as an assortment of tongs. It was a great central location for all of our daytime excursions to northern beaches, to see friends in Kahana, and for shopping in Lahaina. One night we walked down to the Royal Lahaina Resort for a change of pace and had drinks at the hotel bar, such a pleasant experience. 10/10 would stay again.

We loved the area where the condo is located. Enjoyed the beach, pools and restaurants in the area.

We had a wonderful time staying here and would 100% recommend it. We loved the location, close to everything that we were wanting to do. We snorkeled almost everyday and swam with sea turtles and eagle rays. We truly love staying in a short term rental and hope that this doesn't get discontined in Maui.

Incredible unit - proximity to both pools, restaurant and other resort amenities was so convenient. Stocked well and plenty of space for my husband and I with two teens - we did one kid on the couch pull out and one on an air mattress we brought. The pull out was a big size and comfortable mattress, they just sleep better alone and there was enough space to do that.Very clean and well stocked. Beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys etc made our stay so much more relaxing not having to go rent all of that! AC worked very well and stayed cool in the room all week.Beautiful new sliding doors and patio for eating/relaxing.The resort is very clean and SO quiet. We really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and not being crowded. Laundry and fitness centers seemed updated - air conditioned and plenty of space. The convenient beach access made our stay even better, not having to drive to a beach and lug all our things from a parking lot blocks away! The beach at MKV is secluded and quiet, beautiful clear water - was calm while we were there too. Front desk was very helpful and made for a super quick and easy check in/check out.We will be back!!!

We felt at home in the property. It has everything we needed. The beach chairs and the umbrellas, and the additional beach gear made our stay enjoyable. The kitchen is fully stacked with everything you need. The bed is very comfortable.

We love the Villas ! I’ve been going there for 20 years and will continue to go there ! This unit is perfectly situated and private ! Joe is very easy to work with and the unit is full of everything you could possibly need for your stay .

Great location and quiet compared to other areas along the beach

The apartment was perfect for our needs with a great location and good services. The resort has a nice pool area nearby, as well as bbq area and games. Nice detail by the host to make beach and snorkeling gear available for guests.

We had a wonderful 7 night stay at this property! The unit was very clean and conveniently located. Although we only prepared light meals, it had all the supplies needed for cooking. The unit was equipped with an array of beach gear including chairs, umbrellas, snorkel sets, and sun hats. The hosts, Marci and Jo were exceptional at communicating and when we had a minor issue with a shower drain they had it remedied immediately. MKV is our favourite property on Maui and we have stayed there several times. This was our first stay in this unit and we would not hesitate to book it again

Its Maui's best kept secret. We've been coming here for 17 years. Maui Kaanapali Villas is quiet and with only a few residents (NO CROWDS). Also has best beach on the island!!!

Location is idea for beach, Whalers Village and beach walk. Private and quiet. Unit was well appointed.

The unit is very nice, great for 2 adults. The pullout bed is just fine. The larger property has 2 swimming pools and we found the one near us to be super warm and inviting, and almost unused! The nearby beach has great snorkeling, we saw several sea turtles. We saw whales from along the walkway; there's a great walkway running from Dukes to the north down to Whaler's village in the south with access to many restaurants and shops without driving. It doesn't have some of the amenities of the huge resorts nearby but it's also 1/3 the price. Have a great time, spend less money! If we return to Maui, we'll happily stay here again!
