Host was accessible. Having stayed in other units, we found this one to be average. It seems to be on auto pilot. Other owners are more welcoming and take a few little extra steps to make you feel like you are in Hawaii.Had to ask fir more Tp and linen change. No information provided for lical activities, hotel ammenities, or check out details.
Great location and just as listed!
Condo was clean, beautifully remodeled, GREAT location. Housekeeping had made one bad mistake: placed a mandolin in a crowded "everything" drawer and I was sliced (pretty deep) within 5 minutes of arrival. Other than that, everything was fine...

Everything was great. The Dyson vacuum was a game changer. It was the first time I’ve ever had a really good vacuum when staying in one of the Mkv units and it made such a difference. As a single mom with three little kids, you can imagine staying in a studio for over 10 days. Can you feel a little tight and cramped but I was very much so able to keep the unit clean every day again the Dyson vacuum was the game changer. Location was awesome. The beds were comfortable, but you know was stocked with everything we needed, and I really really like the bathroom remodel that you guys did. Look forward to hopefully staying with you again.

Great location.
Great clean location with fully stocked and upgraded bathroom and kitchen. It was nice to have a short walk to the beach and snorkeling park. We were just steps away from the lounge chairs at the pool. We would definitely stay here again.
Great vacation as usual. Nice studio in a great location on the property. Only suggestion would e gra bar(s) in the shower. Have stayed here several times and will return.

The thing I like most about this unit was it location. Right across from the pool, close to the beach, and on the walking trail. The thing that was most unappealing was the air conditioner was not working and the washer and dryer is not in the unit, but in another building, which was also not working. I would go back, but not until the air conditioning is fixed. It would’ve been helpful to know this before we arrived.
We have stayed here before and love the resort and this unit. Would definitely stay again as we love main floor rentals as the Lanai’s are much larger. Also for us we love this side of the resort, never in direct sun. Close to pool, beach and Castaway restaurant. A few minor issues need to be addressed and have notified the property manager.
