Fees & Policies

• Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Valid photo ID and credit card required at arrival. A refundable incidental deposit may be required. The property is non-smoking; service animals only. Free self-parking for one vehicle is included. Local lodging/transient occupancy taxes, resort fees, and other charges apply and will be collected at or before check-in unless included in your reservation.

Items to note:

• This resort will be undergoing renovations from August 1st, 2026 to December 19th, 2026. Construction noise will be from 9 AM - 5 PM, daily. Thank you for your understanding.
• Please note that unit views and bedding configurations are assigned by the resort at check-in and are not guaranteed on exchange inventory . Views may vary, and bedding layouts may differ from the description or photos shown.
• All units are subject to a transient occupancy tax due at the time of check-in at the resort. Please contact the resort for the exact daily amount.
• Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.
• Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.
• Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
• Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.
• Stays under 7 nights may incur an additional fee at check-in.

DURING YOUR STAY

• NO SALES PRESENTATION REQUIRED: This resort is part of a timeshare program, and you may be invited to attend a sales presentation during your stay. Attendance is completely optional and is never required when booking through Koala. Pro tip: If you choose to attend, the gifts and incentives are often negotiable.
• The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.
• Resorts own and manage all units/amenities; unit assignments at check-in.
• Room photos are samples; actual furniture/layout may vary.
• The Resort is responsible for maintenance, may alter/close select amenities due to repairs or other factors. Koala is responsible for ensuring your check-in and unit category only.
• Koala manages stays on behalf of individual timeshare owners and is not responsible for unit condition or resort services. For resort, unit or guest related issues after check-in, please contact the resort management.

BEFORE YOUR STAY

• BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICIES WILL BE UPHELD. No refunds after the cancellation deadline due to any reason, including force majeure, unexpected health issues, flight cancellations, Covid-19 (except full resort closures), natural disasters, or personal changes. For these reasons we always recommend purchasing our trip protection for unforeseen circumstances like these or others.
