Construction Notice: Phase 2 of the resort's water improvement project is scheduled from August 12, 2026 through January 10, 2027, with work progressing by cottage group and possible construction noise from workers and equipment. While access to cottages is expected to remain available, schedules may vary due to weather or unforeseen conditions.

The International Colony Club is a charming Hawaiian plantation style property located at the base of the prestigious Kaanapali Hillside. This low-density complex of 40 single-family cottages is the perfect place to completely unplug and relax, or treat as your home base for all the adventures and activities West Maui has in store. ICC offers two heated swimming pools for your enjoyment and is also just a short walk away from the Kahekili or (Airport) Beach Park area. Swim with tropical fish and sea turtles directly off the beach nearby.

IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

Cottage is set back off of a main road. You do not hear street noise. The parking lot for cars is a little walk from the entrance of the cottage. But there is ample parking and it’s a short walk. Cottage is well stocked with kitchen items, towels, beach gear, etc. Grill is propane (check levels before cooking). Unit comes with a washer, dryer, outdoor sink and clothes line. The lanai is really spectacular. Plenty of sitting room, table, lights. You can see the ocean when seated on the lanai. Cleaning crew leaves starters for TP, paper towels and tissue; but they do not provide more than that. You will need to purchase if 4 people. Close to resorts in Ka’anapali. Resorts offer free beach parking.
We had an amazing week in this home! The house was very clean and homey. So many great appliances for cooking, super comfortable beds, a great porch to spend the mornings and evenings on, and a great location for all the beaches in kaanapali without the busy resort vibes. Definitely one of the best vacation rentals I have stayed at and would definitely stay here again!! 10/10
We couldn’t find the cottage with the instructions given, it took some parking and wondering around to figure out parking and where to go. We didn’t realize the cottage was a brief walk from the street parking. The cottage itself was great. The AC was having issues when we were trying to settle in, but we were able to trouble shoot over the phone with the property manager and get it working quick. My friend said there was hair found around the sink in the guest bath, my bathroom did not have that, and I even used bleach wipes on the counter. Otherwise very very clean place. Fully stocked utensils and dishes if you want to eat there. There was some miscommunication about a key for the pool, but it didn’t mess up any plans for us. It was nice to be close to everything too. Our conference was at the Hyatt Regency which was a short 10 minute drive. I would recommend this cottage to anyone wanting to stay near Kannapali Beach!
Our stay was absolutely lovely and the property was exactly what we wanted. The cottage was well appointed with loads of towels, extra bedding, and everything one could want in the kitchen. There was no road noise from inside the cottage, and the sound was pretty minimal even on their beautiful patio. I would recommend this location to anybody.
Property management was great with communication. The location was close to the beach and had beautiful scenery. The kitchen and furnishings were very nice. There was a lot of emphasis on pests, so if you get creeped out I would say this isn’t the rental for you.
Everything about the management communication was great. We loved the location bc it wasn’t in the craziness of the beach but right across the street and walkable. These units a great space with awesome amenities ! The outdoor space was a great extension of the condo. Highly recommended!
