BEACH & LOCAL WILDLIFE:
Beach conditions in Hawaiʻi can vary throughout the year due to weather, surf, currents, and tides, so shoreline size and accessibility may change during your stay.
Due to Maui’s rural environment, you may encounter occasional wildlife such as roosters and small geckos. Geckos are harmless, help control insects, and are considered a symbol of good luck in Hawaiʻi—please do not harm them.
While regular professional pest control is conducted, the tropical climate means that insects such as ants, roaches, and occasional rodents cannot be entirely eliminated. If you experience pest activity beyond what is typically expected, we will make every reasonable effort to coordinate and to address the issue. However, the presence of pests, inside or outside the estate, does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or qualify for any refund or rental adjustment.
SURROUNDINGS & UTILITIES:
We cannot guarantee that neighboring properties will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise from construction, traffic, or other residents and guests. Such occurrences do not constitute a breach of this Agreement or entitle guests to refunds or adjustments.
By booking your stay, you acknowledge that the Host is not liable for inconveniences caused by temporary interruptions or failures of utilities or services—including water, electricity, air conditioning, appliances or plumbing—when such issues are beyond the Host’s control.
The Host is also not responsible for loss or damage to personal property due to weather, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, cable and internet service in the unit may occasionally be unreliable; interruptions in these services do not qualify for refunds or rental adjustments.

We had wonderful stay at this place. Sunset view is awesome! Very quiet & relaxing place. Waking up rooster the morning. We picked grapefruit & oranges from the little orchard & enjoyed it. We are party of 12, enough room for all. Cottage also has 2 rooms & kitchen. We have elderly, infant, teen & 7yrs old in our group. Safe,fun & relaxing for all. This place has all amenities that we need.
We had an amazing stay at Sean’s Vrbo in Maui, truly excellent from start to finish! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and even better than described. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and the perfect home base for enjoying Maui. Sean was an outstanding host, super friendly, responsive, and made everything easy and stress-free. The location was fantastic, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a top-notch Maui getaway!

Beautiful- Spacious- gated home with pool and hot tub, and many citrus trees for picking fresh fruit!We had fresh avocados, oranges, bananas, and tangerines at our fingertips ! The view was incredible, amazing sunsets and we saw many humpback whales! The house was clean and well stocked for our stay . Would definitely recommend this home !

This is an amazing property that comfortably suits up to 10 people. There was plenty of room to spread out, play games, enjoy the pool and meals together as a family. The rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean and the kitchen was packed with anything you would need to pull off an amazing meal. The absolute star of the show however was how the property welcomed in the vistas - it is situated in a beautiful location with stunning ocean and mountain views, especially at sunrise and sunset. Would definitely stay here again.

The hedge should be lowered in order to see the view. The owner has locked what we think is a pantry so we had no where to store our dry food. We had to use a corner of the kitchen to stack everything. Very tacky for what we paid and it looked ridiculous. We have rented homes on the island before so we are well of the bug situation. However, what we weren’t prepared for was several tack strips throughout the home with one in the living area with a dead rat on it. Our 3 year old found it as we were watching the T.V. Also, there was not at vacuum. We only found a small dust buster that didn’t work because it was missing a filter. I don’t think the Ohana or guest house was represented correctly. It was quite a distance from the house and a little inconvenient. Every other home we rented has been right next to the home or attached. The rental agency was very responsive when we had issues which we appreciated. I feel we would not rent this house again but I would recommend this home to others as long as they were aware of my concerns.

However, if I had to mention something comparing to the 3 other homes we stayed in the same area in the past, it would be the fact that this house is old, and despite the great location, the hedge on the other side of the swimming pool and the wooden fence with some plants are blocking the beautiful view, which is unfortunate.
