This exquisite three-bedroom oceanview residence offers fantastic 5th-floor views of the Pacific Ocean and the exotic tropical foliage of the interior Konea Tower courtyard. The views are abundant throughout, continuing into all three luxurious bedrooms.
This residence affords a perfect opportunity to gather, reconnect, and celebrate. There is ample room to accommodate up to 10 guests. Two bedrooms offer a sumptuous king-size bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with two queen-size beds. For added flexibility, one of the king-size beds can be split into two XL twin-size beds at no charge. For additional sleeping capacity, a queen-size sectional sofa sleeper is in the living room.
We encourage you to express your culinary creativity in the well-appointed gourmet chef's kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel Viking appliances and elegant granite countertops, and we have provided every appliance and utensil to prepare the perfect meal or refreshment... just bring the ingredients. In addition, our commercial-grade Vitamix blender is well-suited to preparing creative libations and smoothies with fresh local produce.
Get swept away by the lovely Maui sky after folding away the glass doors and allowing the interior to blend seamlessly with the outdoors. Enjoy your meals on the spacious 240 sq ft lanai or dine indoors in the climate-controlled air-conditioning.
The three full bathrooms are all elegantly appointed with the finest finishes. The two primary bathrooms each feature dual granite vanities, separate glass showers and soaking tubs, and the guest bathroom features a glass shower, soaking tub, and granite vanity.
Take pleasure in spending your days at the resort’s three-acre aquatic playground. With four separate swimming pools, a waterslide, waterfalls, fountains, and four hot tubs, there will be no shortage of options for you and your loved ones to enjoy.
When it is time for a bite to eat, Honua Kai is home to the popular Duke’s Beach House, which serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails. Duke’s specializes in serving up Hawaiian-inspired cuisine using locally sourced ingredients and freshly caught seafood. Should you wish to enjoy a refreshment by the water, poolside service is available. For coffee, sandwiches, and other grab-and-go items, including beach gear and souvenirs, visit the Whalers General Store conveniently located in the Konea Tower lobby.
A state-of-the-art fitness center is located in the Konea Tower, perfect for guests looking to maintain their workout routine during their stay.

This is our third time staying at the Honua Kai Resort. It's a great spot for families and couples alike, with plenty to do and beautifully landscaped grounds. Our rooms were luxe with everything we needed (except for umbrellas and boogie boards like our last stay there) and were very clean. We will be back!
This was a beautiful resort and a great jumping off point for other Maui adventures. Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults.
This is a beautiful location. The condo has great views of the ocean and courtyard, the pool and beach areas are amazing. We were disappointed in the condo because the microwave was broken, and though there was a smaller one there, it wasn't as useful. The dishwasher worked about 1/2 the time. The Freezer unit is full of rust. When we arrived, the sink was gurgling and had a sewer gas odor. Though none of these are game changers, they make the unit feel as though it has been neglected. We did express our concerns to Maui Rentals and they were glad that we did. I'm sure the issues have been fixed by now. We would certainly stay here again. Honua Kai is a fantastic, island experience. And the water slide! well as our grandson Otto would say 'Water slide again!'
Fantastic relaxing great time
Love the property. This was a 3rd stay at the Honua Kai. Great location and perfect for all ages. The unit was very clean and comfortable for a large group and well equipped with everything you need. We will be back!!
We had a wonderful stay! Perfect for ourselves and our two adult daughters and their husband/boyfriend. We had a wonderful time and the accommodations were perfect!!! Would absolutely book this condo again!

Beautiful Condo and excellent staff. Considering the cost we felt it everything should have been on point. Some maintenance had not been done on the unit prior to our arrival to fix obviously broken cabinets (falling off) & towel rack hanging on one side in main bath. Also, an inventory of the kitchen is needed to support future stays. We felt we did not receive enough paper good to support our stay and number of guests. Exp: 2 rolls of paper towels and 2 garbage bags for 7 nights/7 guests was inadequate. Other than that we were happy with comfort of unit and quality of resort overall.
Beautiful property and great location. Online description and photos were spot on. Management company was very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to get back to Maui!
We were 7 adults and had ample space and room. Cooked often and kitchen was great! WiFi a bit spotty at times but were able to work around. Condo was clean upon arrival. Ample towels and having the washing machines were wonderful. Condo also has beach chairs and a cooler which we took a lot of advantage of. Resort team was quick to reply to questions and accommodating onsite. The pools and beach were lovely. Towel system was easy to use and cool system. And general store downstairs had great coffee! Overall would return and recommend for a great family time.
My family and I enjoyed our stay at Honua Kai immensely! The unit was just as described, neat and clean. The beds were so comfortable, we slept great!! A wonderful place to relax!

Everything was so nice! Was an incredible place to stay and have fun with your family! Restaurant on site was very good and had great store with tons of needed stuff! Grocery store very close to property and a spot within walking distance to 12-15 different food trucks! 5 star experience!
With 4 family members and a friend this was the ideal 3 bedroom unit. Breakfast on the large lanai each morning was a great way to take in the gorgeous view. Having all the resort amenities available was very nice and we managed to take advantage of the pools, hot tub, fitness center and beach chairs. Responses on the few questions we had were great and practically immediate. Would definitely recommend and ready to return for a visit.
Our family of 10 enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean from every room. It’s a little tight sleeping 10 but the living space is large. The kitchen is large and lovely but really need some large frying pans and pots. The pots and pans are very small. We stayed for 12 nights so it would have been nice to have a few cleaning supplies available so we could clean the toilets etc. The valet and bellman were amazing and helpful both times we’ve stayed at this condo. We loved this location and will stay again !
