Beautiful view and accommodations.

This place is incredible. We would definately stay here again. Everyone was so friendly. The views were incredible. The pictures were spot on. There was room for everyone and then some in the unit. We had sea turtles show up on the beach! This is the location to be!

The most stunning view in Kaanapali! The property grounds are incredible and the room itself is amazing. Would definitely stay again.

The view at this place was unbelievable! We saw whales every day and loved grilling and watching the sunset. So glad we stocked up at Costco and Safeway because we didn’t want to leave. Snorkeling right at the beach and fun, kid friendly waves. The pool and waterslide were also fun. Lastly, the blow up mattresses were nice for our smaller kids. What a dream vacation!

While the view was outstanding, we found the condo itself to be in need of work. For the price we paid per night, we felt the condo was lacking in basic amenities like a working oven (ours made a terrible noise), a cleaning product to wipe down the kitchen, full length mirror and so much more. The door handle/lock to the balcony was broken. I would not recommend staying here until improvements on the condo are made. Again, for the money we spent the clean up process should have been included instead of us having to do the work. We have stayed in many places that offered a more updated and better working condo with a view for much less money.

We had such a wonderful time staying here. The room was incredible, the views were stunning and the pools/facilities were perfect for our little ones. We will definitely stay again!

First off, I want to say the property and penthouse were beautiful and definitely met our needs. My complaint is that the property management company changed from the time we booked to the time we arrived. This change was not communicated to us. I kept receiving emails from the previous rental company. For example, the check in video did not match the actual process at all because of the change. The day after we arrived, I received another email asking how our first day had been and if there was anything they could do to help. When I reached out for assistance I was told they no longer managed the unit. Because of the change in property managers, the rental listing was not accurate. It stated it was fully stocked and that there would be beach items in the closet behind the front door. When we arrived, there was nothing stocked (i.e. spices, storage bags, foil etc) in the kitchen other than starter coffee. The closet behind the front door was empty. There were no beach chairs in the rental. For the amount of money paid, and given the property has beach access, I would have thought this would have been a staple. With that said, and knowing what to expect next time around, our group looks forward to visiting again.

For the amount that you pay to stay in a penthouse suite l, you would expect solid communication and a property that meets your expectations. This was not that… The property manager (Maui reality) we’re garbage and took no ownership over the many lies and issues we had. First off, we received wristbands that did not work/open our room door. We arrived late (9pm) and not one was answering from Maui reality. Luckily the bellmen were nice e out to let us into our room. We did not get a callback until 9am the next morning. The suite smell was overpowering with paint in the rooms and bleach in the showers. WiFi didn’t work, which rendered the TVs useless. Even after the WiFi was corrected 20 hours after check in, the TVs didn’t connect to watch apps like Netflix. No big deal, we didn’t go to Maui to watch TV, but would have been nice at night with the kids. The cabinets were bare, no large bowls,Tupperware, or any storage containers of any kind. There were no beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella or coolers as advertised. The grill didn’t work and when were used the gas oven, it made a horrific sound like it was going to explode. All of this, while Maui reality was unreachable still times, took zero ownership and communication was almost non-existent. Almost as though, they knew if was going to be an issue and ghosted us for a week so they didn’t hear the complaints. At the end of our trip, we were trying to reach the owner of the management company, Scott and he was unreachable… email, calls and text left unanswered. Called his office and received no return. We were tying to extend our stay because we wasted the first two days dealing with issues. At the end of the day, the room and location are beautiful. The management company is absolute garbage human beings, liars and lazy.

We had a wonderful stay at this penthouse condo. Just a few steps to the pools and the sandy beaches. We enjoyed hanging out on the huge balcony with the amazing view daily. The resort is well maintained with lots of amenities. 3bed/3bath is a Perfect size for our family of 5, huge living room dining room with a beautiful view of the ocean below. The view is amazing and the property is perfect for 2-3 couples.

We will stay in this condo again. The location was perfect for all of our activates on the island and will it being located at the end of all of the resorts, it was quiet. Do recommend this condo to families and extended family interested in traveling together.
