Konea 924 is a luxurious 9th-floor one-bedroom suite that offers partial ocean views along with views of the West Maui Mountains and Maui's neighbor island, Molokai. The 924 experience is enhanced with an oversized floor plan and numerous upgrades, including new wood grain tile flooring and new furniture and furnishings throughout. To fully enjoy the warm Hawaiian breeze, fold away the glass doors to allow the relaxing interior to blend seamlessly with the outdoors.
When it's time to rest, the gentle Maui breeze will lull you into deep slumber in the primary bedroom's king-size bed. If needed, the recently replaced sofa converts to a queen-size bed to accommodate an extra guest or two. The living room and primary bedroom both feature 4K smart TVs if you want to catch your favorite show or movie before you drift off.
We encourage you to express your culinary creativity in the well-appointed kitchen. The space is fully equipped with stainless steel Bosch appliances and granite countertops, and we have provided every appliance and utensil to prepare the perfect meal or refreshment... just bring the ingredients.
Enjoy your meals on the spacious lanai or dine indoors in the climate-controlled air conditioning. In addition, our commercial-grade Vitamix blender lends itself well to preparing creative libations or smoothies with fresh local produce.
Take pleasure in spending your days at the resort’s three-acre aquatic playground. With four separate swimming pools, a waterslide, waterfalls, fountains, and four hot tubs, there will be no shortage of options for you and your loved ones to enjoy.
When it is time for a bite to eat, Honua Kai is home to the popular Duke’s Beach House, which serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails. Duke’s specializes in serving up Hawaiian-inspired cuisine using locally sourced ingredients and freshly caught seafood. Should you wish to enjoy a refreshment by the water, poolside service is available. For coffee, sandwiches, and other grab-and-go items, including beach gear and souvenirs, visit the Whalers General Store conveniently located in the Konea Tower lobby.
A state-of-the-art fitness center is located in the Konea Tower, perfect for guests looking to maintain their workout routine during their stay.
Should you feel like pampering yourself with a refreshing massage or treatment, head to the Mana Ola Spa. This sanctuary within the resort weaves Hawaiian-inspired themes and ingredients into its wide array of signature treatments. The space was beautiful and large. We just had some issues with somethings in the space. The balcony door did not open - we tried the same way we did the living room doors and it wouldn’t not open the handle seemed loose. The ice dispenser in the refrigerator did not dispense the ice we had to slid our hand into the maker to get ice out. We washed a small load of clothes and the dryer still did not fully dry them after attempts. The hot water did not last long enough to fill the bath tub. Parking was also very confusing and we received no direction on which spaces to use. We loved the pool and beach access and everyone we met from the building was great. There was not a cooler in the closet like was listed but after informing them one was brought to us immediately. We would definitely visit the building again but possibly another unit.
Great view from the condominium. Beautiful resort, clean rooms and hospitable host. Any issues reported were fixed immediately. Will definitely stay here again.
We absolutely loved this condo. We had great views of the mountain and also side views of the ocean. We never had to worry about the glare of the sun. The condo was very spacious, and well appointed. We always had everything we needed, and it was always of good quality. Also the check out was effortless. We would definitely recommend using this condo.
Our location was beautiful and very convenient. Check in was a breeze and our accommodations could not have been better.
We have stayed in cono 924 before and loved it. This time we barely had hot water. Beautiful tub couldn't use it as there was not enough hot water to fill it for a bath. My husband and i had to shower 2 hours apart to a get hot shower. Just strange
Our unit was available and ready for early check-in. Every staff member we dealt with was pleasant, helpful, and accommodated us with any request.This was our third stay at the Konua Kai resort. The facility suits our needs perfectly. Our unit was clean and well stocked. The beach access, the pools, poolside refreshments service, the beach towel kiosks, and of course Duke's. Everything is designed to make a wonderful pampered stay. We will be back soon.

Great resort and room to stay in. We were there unfortunately for Lahaina fire and communication was not best. This is not resort specific though. Hawaii is not equipped to handle a disaster and has no adequate warning system.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay here for our babymoon. Our dryer was broken but the managment said they could take our laundry at any time (although we didn’t need it). Parking underground gets filled up by 8pm, but there’s plenty of parking outside around the edge of the villa premises. Condo was super clean and appreciated the amenities and good communication. Mahalo!
Beautiful property, if I return, this will be my go to place.
Eating breakfast on the Lanai while watching the sunrise was spectacular! We had issued with the dryer but the property manager was more than accomodating with their laundry service. We had a wonderful time, and everything was convenient (including underground parking and the convenience store located in lobby) and everyone was so friendly! Definitely recommend! Pools were great for our family also, we were able to order Duke's poolside, while watching our kids enjoy their time and make friends with other children!
Overall great property! Would definitely stay again, exactly as described and property is beautiful. One thing that was annoying was the parking, you are given a tag for the underground parking but there was never any spots available and we had to park away from the building and walk. Other than that we had an amazing stay!
