Prime Beachfront location at Lae Nani ~ Best of the Best!!

Awesome location and comfy quarters. We really enjoyed the great views and having Lae Nani's beautiful coastline right outside the patio door. Sharon was very responsive to a couple of minor issues. The unit was very clean and well-organized and we had a comfortable stay. Bedroom AC works fine. The patio doors provide great cross-ventilation with the bedroom windows in back, and combined with the ceiling fans we enjoyed a the ocean breeze day and night.

Steps to the sand. Beautiful landscaping. Gorgeous beach with swimming areas.Did not want to leave! Very nice unit with updated kitchen and bedroom air conditioning. So relaxing. We will be back!

I can’t say enough about how nice this condo is. Literally steps from the sand and located in the center of everything. We easily traveled from the North to the West being what it seemed like was directly in the middle of the island. Sharon is an excellent host and even allowed us to check out late when our flight was changed to an evening flight. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are plenty of towels, even beach towels. The 2 bathrooms came in super handy also. There is no air conditioning in the living area but there is in the bedroom. There is a screen door on the entry door so that you can get a cross breeze so it’s not uncomfortable at all. I wish we could stay here every year but Hawaii is too far for us to travel each year.

Lae Nani 513 is a lovely condo with a spectacular view of the ocean, beach and gardens. It is very well equipped. BBQ's are available by the pool. The beach area has a protected area for safe swimming for children and a nice beach area beside it for snorkeling or playing in the waves. Stores for groceries or shopping are nearby as are several restaurants. The bedroom area is are conditioned and there are several overhead fans for hot days. Great location halfway up the east side of the island.

The place is exactly what the pictures show. I found it very relaxing and centrally located to all the island places I wanted to go.

Great location in a quiet area. Easy to walk to restaurants or to use as a base camp for travels all over the island. The beach is literally right there!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. The first time was in 2021 just after lockdown ended. The condo is just as lovely as we remembered. You can’t be walking out to the lanai and having the ocean in front of you. We basically could sit near the ocean or sit on the porch under the shade and enjoy the view. There was an issue with one of the bathrooms, but the property manager was responsive, and the problem was taken care of. If you’re looking for a great place to stay on Kauai, that is right at the ocean, look no further than this place.

Everything was perfect. The view, proximity to Princeville and Poipu, comfort of beds, A.C, start up supplies, communication, ease of getting to the beach, and cleanliness were all spot on. I couldn’t improve on this in any way… except a longer stay!

Wow, I'm actually struggling to find words. This place was simply magical. The grounds, pool and that beach, oh my, are all so lovely. And you can't beat the location of this unit! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the chaises on the patio. It was hard to leave. The condo was wonderful, too. It has a newer kitchen and bathrooms. Thank you for the rain shower! I've enjoyed well stocked VRBOs before but their "fun closet" was jammed. There was even a basket full of sunscreens. All that and unmatched communication! Sharon was very prompt in every message and her instructions were thorough and accurate. Delightful! We will return!

Comfy island-themed condo provides easy access to the beach and all the amenities to make you feel like home! Wonderful personal touches with the owner made the experience even better! Lae Nani is a beautiful property and the beach is great. Will definitely stay here again.

What an amazing condo! It was beautifully decorated, immaculate, stocked with all we needed, comfortable bed and furnishings, great kitchen with plenty of really nice dishes, pans, utensils and spices. The owner really thought of everything we might need, including dishwasher detergent and filters for the coffeemaker. The location is perfect with a gorgeous beach right out your door! There were so many dining options within walking distance. It was easy to reach other parts of the island since it is about halfway between the north and south shores. We have already reserved this gem for next year! Can’t wait to return!!

There are not enough superlatives to describe this condo, resort grounds, swimming pool and proximity to the ocean!! The king bed is very comfortable and we only needed the AC for 3 nights during our 3 week visit. We rented bikes and rode the gentle Kapa'a bike path, which mostly borders the ocean, every day. We return home renewed by the sun, the oceanic orchestra, and the peacefulness of this place. We might even miss the ubiquitous wild chickens of Kauai!

Everything was better than expected. Great location, well stocked with everything we needed and then some. Nice location with easy access to beach and other amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the thoughtful hospitality. We will be back.

Beautiful grounds. Great Ocean view and sounds. Loved the location...close to restaurants and close to North and South shores with less people. Comfortable. Would stay again.

This is one of the best VRBOs I've ever stayed in. Perfect location, extremely well equipped unit with everything you could need. Highly recommend!!!

We celebrated our 20 year wedding anniversary at Lae Nani in this wonderful condo. The pictures and description of the property was exactly as described. We spent every morning on the lanai with a bit of a morning shower, coffee, geckos and the chirping birds. Every evening on the lanai we reflected on the day listening to the waves crash, watching the tikis get lit, and the day come to an end. The condo is fully stock with beach goodies and several card and board games which we also enjoyed. Great accessibility to the coconut coast walking and biking trail which we walked after our coffee every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would absolutely return when we can.

Everything was as described but even better. The living room was much larger than the pictures could show. Beds were very comfortable. High quality linens all around. Kitchen had every utensil you’d need. Lots of hooks in bathroom to hang wet suits, towels. Shower was large and has bountiful water flowing. The view/beach acres/proximity to shopping and restaurants is fantastic, about the same as if you were staying in a large hotel.

Very nice and relaxing visit. The property was clean and provided a great location on the island.

Sharon was a wonderful host, very responsive, everything as advertised and then some. Location couldn't be beat, entire island was easily accessible from our place near Kappa. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

This was our second stay at this condo in two years. The location can not be beat. The communication with the owners is always easy and immediate. Our only complaint would be the unit is already booked for next year. Now what do we do? Looking forward to coming back.

This property is perfect. It is clean, well appointed, on the ground floor with nothing between you and the ocean except a few trees and the beach. The owner is very responsive to questions. The property is beautifully maintained and the manager of the property is also extremely responsive and competent. We loved our stay there and have already made plans for next year.
