The Space:
Tropical gardens take you to our great pool and then to the beach. Brand new split system AC!! Parking next to your condo, no stairs to climb. Physically challenged persons will love the location. Two full beds in this one bedroom condo. One in the private bedroom and a Murphy bed in the living area. Walk to several good places to eat, shopping and even take the bike/walking path around the Wailua Bay to beautiful Lydgate Beach Park. Many new features in the condo. New kitchen and bathroom. The best place to relax or have the adventure of a lifetime.

Our guests have access to our great pool, bbq`s, free parking and wifi as well as our tennis court, not to mention the beach which is only a few steps away.
The Neighborhood:
The Royal Coconut Coast is aptly named, not just because of the amazing stands of large coconut trees that cover the landscape, but also because much of the area was originally reserved only for the ali’i or royalty in the Hawaiian kingdom. Today, beautiful white sandy beaches, lush green mountains and valleys, and consistently warm weather all year round attract travelers from all over the world. The Royal Coconut Coast has become a popular tourist destination because of its central location, beauty, rich history and culture, and variety of activities available for the whole family. From Wailua to Kealia, the east side of Kauai offers accommodations for both the budget traveler and those wanting a more full-service resort experience. The whole family can find something to do here, from a leisurely day at the beach or spa, to biking, hiking, kayaking, or golfing, there are many options of how to spend your time on Kauai’s Royal Coconut Coast

We have the Kauai Bus, Taxis, Uber and Lyft but we recommend a car to enjoy all there is on the island.
Other Things to Note:
Lae Nani Condos are located on the convenient East side of Kauai and close to shopping, activities and even the airport.

Lovely condo would come here every year without question but they wouldn’t let me turn the refrigerator off and I have a huge sound sensitivity. The place other than that is perfect. Great location shaded from the sun patio. Lovely
We really liked this property in every way. The location has so many advantages. Being on the ground floor, with parking just outside along with a private lanai with direct access to the pool and ocean. The condo was outfitted with all the necessities and comforts of home in every room. Having air conditioning was a definite bonus. There is a common space laundry available not in the condo. We enjoyed being able to walk to shopping and restaurants. When we encountered a routine unexpected issue, the property managers responded and sprang to action immediately. They were next level on their customer service and made things right for us. We would definitely go back without hesitation as the space checked all the boxes for us. We came for 7 nights to visit family that lives here. We’ve stayed 2 previous times but this was the first time in December. Perfect weather, perfect accommodations. Our unit at Lae Nani could not have been better. You’ll see us again
Everything about the property is as in the listing. The Lae Nani is an exceptionally beautiful condo and very well maintained. Look forward to returning. Rental agent very reachable if needed.
My wife and I stayed here for a week. The condo was beautiful. The appliances were fresh and the inside was updated to be modern. The furniture was very comfortable (including a foldable bed in the living room). The kitchen was reasonably well supplied. The internet had great speed and one can work from here. The beach was right in the backyard and it was clean and beautiful. You could watch a sunrise. The location was between north and south shores which was very convenient. We also went on hikes many of which were on the east side. The checkin and checkout process was smooth. We extended our stay briefly and it was easy to do.
The Lae Nani facility is great. This manager requires check out at 10AM and check in at 4PM which seems unfair. They were a bit over bearing about making sure we would abide by their rules too. Check out should be no earlier than 11AM and 12 is better. 4 hours is enough time to clean! We have stayed at Lae Nani several times before. This is a very nice unit and we enjoyed being on the ground floor. The big downside of this unit is the head of the queen bed is only about 10' from the car bumpers as they park. The windows have virtualy zero sound insulation so lite sleepers need to remember ear plugs. You can hear everything that happens in the parking lot! The safe was left locked by previous renters but they seemed to think we didn't understand it. Kept promising to come unlock it but never did.
We loved our stay at Lae Nani so much! The location is ideal and we loved being able to walk right out on our lanai and to the pool or beach. The kiddie pool area was perfect for our 21 month old to play in. The condo was well stocked with anything you might need. We would easily stay here again. My only complaint was that the property management company seemed to be annoyed by a couple questions and didn’t seem very helpful.
Some minor issues that could use upgrading/fixing but overall it was perfect for our needs. The lanai made up for it all!
This unit was a great central location for us to explore/participate in activities all over the island. The complex was within walking distance to a beach side restaurant and marketplace for souvenir shopping or forgotten incidentals/toiletries. Grounds were beautifully kept and the sunrises were outstanding. The unit itself was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We truly didnt need a thing for our stay except the food to feed ourselves. We're going to miss our temporary home away from home and are looking forward to staying in unit 215 in the future on our next visit. Mahalo!!!
Loved it. Photos are accurate. You’re within walking distance of restaurants, market, pool, and beach. Once you’re done running around, take 5 steps to your private lanai surrounded by big lush greenery for a view and privacy. Host is also VERY responsive to questions as before, during and after your stay. Responding very quickly to any questions. The no shoes thing is real. But not a big deal. You only need shoes outside anyway. ;)
Our 4th time staying at Lae Nani and it is the best. We love this complex and 215 was exceptional. Highly recommend
This is not a bad place to stay, it just wasn’t very clean. And to rub salt on that wound, the hosts made it obvious that you shouldn’t wear shoes inside. We don’t at home either, it’s just that the floor wasn’t clean from the moment we walked in. I sent a picture to the hosts of the condition of the soles of my feet (yuck!). We tried to clean up with the broom that was there but there wasn’t a vacuum or swifter. Anyway, the hosts refused to acknowledge that I requested a discount for the cleanliness (or lack of) and offered to have housekeeping come. With all our stuff there, and our very cranky toddler with a cold, we didn’t want to also deal with people at the condo, especially not ones we had specifically complained about. Later we discovered that the dishes (especially Tupperware) just weren’t clean. So we washed everything by hand before using. Again, it’s not a bad place to stay. The bed is comfy, the patio is nice, the location worked very well for us. But why bother dealing with these hosts when there are other places you could stay instead?
