Maui Banyan #G-309 Ocean View 2-bedroom condo in fabulous Kihei

We really enjoyed our stay. There were 5 of us. There was ample space with the pull out couch. It was very clean, right across from beach, with a nice pool where you can even grill. It had everything we needed, and we would stay again. Parking was easy and convenient. (Narrow spot though so consider this if renting a big car). We had a jeep. While tight squeeze, it worked out ok. There was construction directly in front of the property that made driving a bit difficult ( detour required) but it didn’t interfere with our stay. The one caution with a party or 5 that needs to use the pull out coach - the air conditioner is in the living room area for that section of the condo. If you need to close the pocket doors for privacy, it does limit the air conditioning flow to the bedroom. There is a ceiling fan which works well but just a heads up. We definitely would recommend this unit!

Clean and lots of kitchen supplies and beach stuff, partial ocean view and good communication with host. Would stay again!

The home was gorgeous. It felt like more than a "condo", simply perfect. The kitchen is better equipped than our own home & that's saying something since we are home chefs/foodies. ;) The birds in the trees were delightful and to hear the abundance of palms swaying in the breeze was sublime. We wanted for nothing. Kam ll beach is perfectly across the street. The property owner was attentive and very prompt in responding to questions. The front desk personnel were delightful. We look forward to comeling back to enjoy this home next year.

The property was amazing! After chatting with several others at the pool in the evening, it sounds like this condo truly had the perfect location and setup. It’s centrally located near great shops, entertainment, and food, which made everything so convenient.I could have done without the 4 a.m. rooster wake-up call—but honestly, it still beats a regular alarm!

We had an amazing vacation in Kihei and our accommodations were excellent! The condo was very clean and well equipped with all we needed for our stay. The view was amazing from the lanai. It is in a convenient location in the middle of the Kam beaches and walking distance to shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this condo and we would book again!

The photos really don’t do this place justice. It’s upgraded, spacious, with an amazing location just one building away from KAM II. As frequent visitors to Maui, we have stayed in lots of condos and this one is SPECIAL! Well stocked, beautifully furnished, nicely appointed with an upgraded kitchen and bathrooms, all the accoutrements for a day at the beach are provided, plenty of towels and toiletries. The location is *ideal* to all things walkable in South Kihei. We will absolutely be counting the days until we can come back!

It's a beautiful property with all of the conveniences one expects in a vacation home. The kitchen is outstanding with high quality appliances and all of the utensils you will need during a stay. We had a very nice stay.

Condo is very well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay! Very convenient across from Kam 2 and easy access to all other beaches and amenities in Kihei/Wailea. Recommend for families or 2 couples.
