Great for families and couples. Next to a tropical pool in Hawaiian landscape.

Upon first glance the unit looked great. Unfortunately within 20 minutes of our arrival we noticed a few roaches in the kitchen on the walls and floor. When we woke up the next morning, they were in the coffee machine and on the counters, in cupboards and dishwasher. We saw a couple in the main bath. After contacting the owner, who was very apologetic, we bought two cans of Raid and sprayed everywhere but no luck. We sprayed every morning and night. The owner contacted the property management and they came and sprayed the kitchen. They were there 30 seconds if that. We were there for ten days and the roaches were there too. Perhaps had regular cleaning and pest management been more efficient the issue would not exist at all. The owner offered compensation should we rebook next year but that will not be the case.

Everything was in great shape. Comfortable property, very nicely maintained. Would definitely recommend!

The space is fabulous. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were really comfortable. I wrote down the wrong unit number causing an issue for us getting in. It was on me and the owner was super helpful getting it fixed. The pool was fabulous!!!

Property was exactly as described and well set up with everything we needed for our stay with our family. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and a cooler for the beach. Unit is conveniently located near upper pool.

This place was well stocked and equipped with kitchen, laundry, bedroom, and beach supplies. It even had great books for the you gee kids to read, movies if you want. The only thing we wished was different was the fact that quiet hours start at 6 pm. That's a bit ridiculous! We loved that there was access to the pool till 8:45 but having to be quiet that long for little kids is so hard. Due to that reason its less young family friendly and geared to older families. Great location and beautiful grounds.

Good location of property, walk to some beaches and short drive to others. Snorkel gear provided as are 4 beach chairs and a wagon. Property was clean and has two lovely lanais to watch the sunrise. We were able to cook a few meals, pretty much had everything you could want for kitchenware. Beds were comfortable and AC unit kept room cool at night. Didn’t spend much time in the daytime since we were out and about. Overall would recommend and definitely stay again!

Great location and good accommodations!

This is the second time my family has stayed at this complex. The complex itself is in a great location and is within a 5-10 minute drive of most destinations in south Maui. The pool is also great for days when you don’t feel like going to the beach. The condo is very comfortable and feels like a home away from home. I would definitely book again for future trips.

Really enjoyed the upper pool and tennis courts. Easy walk to beaches. The place was clean but could be more organized. One flipper was broken amongst the bin of equipment as an example and we removed some of the cushions from the chairs as they were very old and not the best to sit on. Lovely, dated place overall.

We loved our stay. The location could not be beat! Stay here!

Pros:-The balcony doesn't have much direct sun exposure and is quite large, facing a nice tropical garden. Great for relaxing!-Quiet location, no traffic noise, neighbouring units were quiet too.-Wonderful pool & hot tub a quick walk from the unit, with surrounding garden-The baby gate, pack n' play, booster seat & beach toys were helpful for our toddler! Also great having the sun umbrellas & boogie boards.Cons:-We had 5 adult and 1 toddler. The pull-out couch bed is very uncomfortable so my father ended up sleeping on a trifold mattress on the floor of the living room. Unless you have folks who don't mind floor sleeping, best to only book for up to 4 adults (sleeping on the 2 beds)-The kitchen was tight - you couldn't comfortably have 2 people in the kitchen and open drawers, dishwasher, etc. We managed, but the layout wasn't ideal, especially since we prepared all of our meals in the condo. For folks who mainly eat out, or a smaller group, it may not be an issue!-There was no cutting board. When we emailed the owner to ask if they could provide one, they said we could buy our own (with no offer to reimburse). This was a surprising response. If you stay here, you may want to pack a cutting board. :-)

Great condo fully stocked with beach supplies. Short walk to Kamaole 3. The pool is very close and nice. We have two littles so the pack n play, beach toys, kids life jackets and cooler were a huge plus!

Couldn't figure out an easy way to turn off A/C, but it did a good job when on and was very quiet. Condo location was very quiet also, and very close to dive and snorkel boats. Boogie boards were much appreciated by kids and adults. I'm not smart enough to figure out how to use the TV, but the kids did. Night light in downstairs bedroom needs to be replaced, otherwise everything was perfect.

We had such a great time. The owner’s made sure we had all the info for our stay and they were kind. Everything about this place was good. It was quiet, pool areas were nice and not super crowded, beautiful landscape. It was just what we needed. I will definitely stay here again!

This condo is well stocked with all the needed items for the beach and snorkeling. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook and and enjoy our vacation. We hope to visit again!

Stayed 9 days at this 2 bedroom loft condo and loved it - upper pool has a tropical vibe - place clean and equipped- we could walk to beach - we bbq most nights on the many bbqs on the property, parking and checkin easy - would stay here again

Wonderful place to stay in Maui. The condo was equipped with all we needed for our family of 5. There was a pullout couch and air mattress if needed. The upper pool & hot tub were super close & could be seen from one of the balconies. Quick access to Kamole beach 3 as well as others. Brent was extremely responsive to any questions we had. Definitely recommend and will be back.

This was a clean and comfortable unit. There was plenty of space. Having the beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and a cooler was a huge plus! We walked to the beach and snorkeled in the mornings. We would love to rent the place again.

Condo was in excellent condition and CLEAN. The two bed/two bath was very welcome for our family as we had plenty of room to spread out. The abundance of beach gear was great along with walking distance to the beach. Convenient to have two pools on the property that were well maintained and managed. The games and children's books were a nice touch and we enjoyed looking through the guest book. We will definitely book again if we return to Maui and wish we had stayed longer this time around!

The condo was fully stocked with towels, pillows, sheets, beach chairs, snorkling gear, umbrellas, cooking suplies such as pots, seasonings, oil and so much more which was so useful to us. It was very quiet in the area. Nice pool although in the evenings it was a bit too cold for the kids. Jacuzzi was always nice and hot! Bedroom downstairs has a queen bed, if you want privacy, this is the bedroom for you. The bedroom upstaris with the king bed has no privacy. It does have slidding doors but you can hear everything going on downstairs and they can hear you, so keep that in mind if anyone is staying up late watching TV or just chatting. The beds are hard and the sofa bed is very uncomfortable. I do prefer a softer bed though. Luckily they had a twin blow up mattress available which was much better than the sofa bed. The beach is walking distance but there is a uphill walk coming back to the condo. We found plently of parking at the nearby beaches if you prefer to drive (March 2024 stay). There are 3 AC's in the unit and all 3 rooms have a ceiling fan.

Have stayed at MK several times and this unit is great. Clean and well equipped, we were very comfortable during our stay with our two children under 10

4 of us stayed for 8 days. Location is just off the pool - literally a 60 second walk. Cannot see the beach, but Kam 3 is within an easy 5 minute walk for playing in the waves, sand, and sunsets. Actually found great snorkeling just to the north of the boat ramp, with a little secluded beach there...again easy walk from the condo. Best fish tacos ever at Coconuts (either location, we did both), and Paia Fish Market had amazing fish. Unfortunately, with their Lahaina location being closed, it was packed every night, more than a 45 minute wait, but still worth it. Kihea Kafee has incredible breakfasts as well. Condo is nicely stocked with many spices and condiments. Would absolutely visit here again.

Absolutely beautiful property, very clean and well maintained. Both inside and out. You get the lrovacy of your own little condo. The condo is very spacious and cleaned, up to date appliances and furniture make it more enjoyable. The pool, hot tub and grill area are super clean. Pur host was so easy to get a hold of and accomodating. We travaled woth children, they wnjoyed themselves just as much.

Great place for a family to stay, comfortable and clean and awesome location. We made good use of the beach equipment!
