Kapalua 1BR Villa Near Beaches and Golf

Had everything needed and loved the location!

Clean , as advertised, very quiet area , walking distance to beautiful places. All amenities as stated. Wi-Fi, TV’s , bathrooms, kitchen, washer dryer all in good working condition.

Condo was just as described and pictured. It was clean and comfortable and was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. It was very quiet and is just up the hill from Kapalua Bay. The small extra bedroom is great especially for a teenager. Bonus- there are no stairs that you have to drag your luggage up and down. Would love to stay here again next year!

Place was neat and clean. It’s also quiet away from the hustle and bustle but just minutes away from shops and eats. Only qualm was one of the pools doesn’t have any water in it, but otherwise will surely book again .

All was great I would recommend updating the bed, it was too soft and not comfortable

We loved the condo and all amenities were thought of so thank you for that. Appliances were brand new, washer and dryer were great. All rooms were very clean. We did find the second door to the outside (unit 11T3) that was not completely latched. We just shut it ourselves. The grounds were gorgeous, and within walking distance to a great beach and restaurant. We also dinned at the restaurant on the golf property and was very happy with that experience.

This was a nice unit toward the end of the complex which which minimizes traffic. Like the ground level entry but the parking spot is a little ways away. There’s a little walking path just past the condo to continue on to get up to the main walking path so just under a 10min walk to Kapalua Bay Beach and Merriman’s. 2 min walk to pool A. The entire week we never had more than one other family there with us. Most days we got the pool to ourselves and this was a busy spring break week. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes for the shuttle. Would like to have had some plastic type dishes and cups to take to the pool and onto the lanai. The master bed was a little soft for me. But the little extra room of the entryway was a special find that our daughter loved. Beach chairs were great and can’t beat the view from the lanai!

First, we've been coming to Hawaii regularly for over 20 years and our favorite place to stay on Maui is the Kapalua area. It's close enough to Lahaina for shopping, restaurants and excursions yet far enough that there's less traffic, fewer crowds, and a little more spread out. Personally, I like the views better, too. This condo was perfect for a 3 week stay for my husband and I! The location was terrific and the view was fantastic. It is located at the far end of the complex so it's quieter than other units. We loved that each unit has an assigned, covered parking spot so we didn't have to worry about not finding a place to park. Plenty of dishes, cookware, & linens were supplied and they even set us up with starter packs of dishwasher soap and laundry detergent (some VRBO's don't do this). The washer & dryer looked new and we really appreciated having them! There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards provided for our use. The balcony (lanai) was huge and we enjoyed watching the whales in the channel every day. It was clean and very comfortable - we would stay here again.

Nice place for a couple (with twin bed if you have one child). can walk to the beach, although not just outside the door and would be hard to carry all the "stuff". kapalua has a free shuttle which was amazing during the sentry golf tourney, and to go to restaurants, etc in kapalua. unit was nicely equipped. we did not cook but did use toaster, microwave, coffee pot.
