Kahana Sunset Resort B4 offers guests the ideal location to enjoy Maui - this air conditioned ocean view 2- bedroom and 2.5 bath town house style (2 levels) 2 - level condominium has wonderful ocean and resort views. With over 950 square feet of living space, you will have plenty of room for the entire family. A fully equipped remodeled kitchen has all the conveniences of home. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of our two spacious lanais.
Kahana Sunset is the only Resort situated on the secluded, sandy beach of Keoni Nu'i Bay - ideal for snorkeling, swimming, and relaxing with pristine views of the beautiful blue Pacific.

We so enjoyed our stay! The unit was perfect - my ritual of morning coffee and listening to quiet Hawaiian music while watching the palm trees, ocean view and birds is so missed! Can’t wait for our next visit!
Our Kahana Sunset Condo stay was truly relaxing and memorable. The two story condo offered plenty of room for us all, and amazing views of the ocean and sunsets. The condo had two balconies that provided plenty of room for all of our party. The 2.5 bathrooms were modern and accommodating. The kitchen and living room area, two bedrooms and sofas provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The condo facility offers several natural gas powered BBQs. The pool has warm water and ifsets the use of the private beach. No complaints and we would come back again.
There were dead bugs upon arrival and they turned off the a/c which made the place smell really stale. Once we aired it out and cleaned, it was a nice place to stay. Perk of having a "private beach." Would probably stay again despite our initial welcome.
The location and amenities were perfect for us. We had a very relaxing stay and would definitely love to return.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was well taken care of. The pictures are a bit misleading, as there is actually no beach in front of the complex. On all but perhaps 2 days of our stay, the water was too rough to enter from the property. It is a pretty good location as far as walking to things in Napili or Kapalua, but the road is very narrow and definitely does not feel entirely safe to walk on, especially with young children. The deck/lanai got very hot during the day, and it would be great to have an umbrella or an awning to use during the times of day when the sun is directly hitting the area. We appreciated the cleanliness of the unit and the friendliness of the staff!
The property was as described and in a great location. We spent a lot of time at our own beach vs. driving to other locations. Great to snorkel, see fish and sea turtles. Landscaping was great. The only thing I could wish for is a hot tub next to the pool

We really enjoyed our visit at Kahana Sunset. The unit was very clean and had mostly what we needed. The location is nice as it's away from the busyness of Lahaina, yet there's a nice grocery store, coffee shop and restaurants just a few minutes away. The beach itself at the location has been a bit washed away but the grass area above is lovely to sit out at. It would've been nice if they'd provided beach chairs and beach mats. We learned you can rent them for your entire visit for a flat fee so rent them on the earlier side of your trip if you think you may want them when visiting other beaches. The unit itself is a bit older with some odd design quirks (interesting roof angles that are open to the rest of the unit from each bedroom) but it didn't bother us. The second bedroom is a bit dark and hard to move around in but we didn't spend much time in there so it was fine. One thing to note, which management said they'd look into was that several times the upstairs porch screen door would lock on you when you shut it while on the deck. My elderly father got stuck twice, one of them involving him climbing over to the neighbors in order to get out. Just don't just the screen door all the way and you won't have an issue. Overall a lovely place that I'd recommend!
