Located on the quiet corner of the eighth floor, our home offers approximately 270 degrees of unobstructed Pacific Ocean views and is one of the most private oceanfront corner condos at Valley Isle Resort. With very little foot traffic outside the condo, you can simply relax and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the ocean.

The spacious bedroom features a plush Cal King bed, floor-to-ceiling windows, and its own private lanai, allowing you to wake up to the sound of the waves each morning. The open-concept living room opens onto a second private lanai, creating the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, watch sea turtles below, or end the day with unforgettable sunsets over Molokaʻi.
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, modern cookware, and everything you'll need whether you're preparing breakfast before exploring Maui or enjoying dinner overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
Need additional sleeping space? The living room also features a comfortable queen sleeper sofa.

One of our favorite things about staying here is having Kahana Beach just steps from the resort. When ocean conditions are calm, it's a wonderful place to snorkel, and it's not uncommon to see colorful tropical fish and Hawaiian green sea turtles just offshore.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW
Being located on the private oceanfront corner of the building allows our home to enjoy Maui's refreshing trade winds throughout much of the year. Opening both lanais creates wonderful natural cross breezes, and ceiling fans are located throughout the condo with an additional portable fan available for extra comfort.
Like many oceanfront homes along West Maui's coastline, our condo does not have air conditioning. Many guests are pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the condo stays thanks to the constant trade winds, two private lanais, and its direct oceanfront corner location.
Kahana Beach is just steps from the resort and offers excellent snorkeling when ocean conditions allow. During the winter months, seasonal surf can naturally make the beach narrower, but it remains a wonderful place to enjoy the ocean. If you're looking for a larger sandy beach, Kaʻanapali Beach, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay are all just a short drive away.
There are no additional resort fees. Hawaii state and county taxes are collected as required with your reservation.

Stunning views looking right down on the beach with no obstruction. Condo is ideal for two. However the pool is not nice but not Oceanside and the sandbags near the ocean make it hard to enter the beach on some areas. Seems like the beach side of this and nearby properties could use some his tlc to clean up the empty sand bags that are washing into the ocean. This place is perfect though - well stocked beach towels, some sunscreen and accessories. Walk to nearby beach cafes and grocery. Snorkel right in from with gentle surf. Saw harbor seals and sea turtles right below our window on beach. Loved it. Would recommend.

Just as beautiful as it looks and great location. It’s our second time staying here and doesn’t disappoint.
The view is the spotlight at this unit. The lanai is completely private even though the building is in a well populated area and we spent a lot of time there. We saw a few sea turtles in the water below. The kitchen and bathroom had been nicely remodeled (along with the entire unit). The manager communicated well and in a timely manner. The unit could use a few additional amenities (only seating the in living area is the couch; provide a pitcher in the kitchen as well as a few standard supplies like plastic wrap or foil). I think it's clear in the photos and description, but there is no beach area in front of the building. There is a public beach with restrooms less than 10 minutes away.
We loved the condo . The view was the best .
We enjoyed our stay at this property and were very impressed with the views and corner unit privacy. The unit itself was well appointed and clean however the adjacent hallway had some unsightly stains and did not appear to be regularly maintained. The only other negative is that it can get very warm inside the condo, despite there being plenty of fans. A portable AC unit for the bedroom would be a great addition. Aside from that, we highly recommend this condo for its views and proximity to the ocean.
We had high hopes for this condo based on the photos and other reviews - it did not disappoint! View: spectacular. Decor: tasteful - especially the dark floors and outdoor carpeting on the lanai (which complement the ocean view). Bed: comfortable! Kitchen: everything you need. Turtles: visible from the balcony. Great coffee shop and market within walking distance. Many thanks to the hosts for their attention to detail and a great stay!
Great views
This property was the perfect place for us to celebrate our 20th anniversary. We enjoyed eating meals on the balcony as we watched sea turtles and sunsets, listening to the ocean waves put us to sleep, heated pool, and beachfront. The owners have equipped the property with everything you need including beach gear, coolers, extra fan, laundry pods- and more. There are lots of convenient food places in the neighborhood as well. We truly felt very spoiled during our stay here and highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the area.
Our favorite place to stay on Maui! Beach from, beautiful view, we go during whale season and what h them from our lanai. New awesome shower, always comfortable bed, kitchen and living room. All up to date and just feels like home. Always thankful for Stephanie and Steven, they respond quickly with any questions or concerns! JUST THE BEST! Making future plans as I am writing this. We have been to Maui several times and this unit is probably one of our favorite. Glad we found it! Nice and quiet corner unit with amazing views. We will for sure be coming back to this unit. Also, the price is affordable!!

Amazing view! Nicely remodeled unit. Responsive host. Quiet area, short drive to more active areas. Perfect for me and my wife, if we go back to Maui I would love to stay in this unit again.
