Kahana Manor 503 is a beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that can accommodate up to 6 guests, which is located on the 5th floor, and accessible by an elevator. The remodel was completed in a way that is ADA-compliant and wheelchair accessible. For your comfort, there are 2 portable air conditioners in the condo. Dine inside or outside on your private lanai, a great place to enjoy coffee or Mai Tai! Step inside the open-concept living area; a nice place to relax after a long day in the sun. The kitchen features bright white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and modern finishes, providing the staples of everything you need to make meals at home.
Slide the barn door to reveal the master bedroom to find a comfortable queen-sized bed and large mirrored closet doors. The ensuite bathroom, also freshly remodeled, features a large walk-in and roll-in shower. The guest bedroom also features a queen-sized bed and access to the convenient guest bathroom with a shower and bathtub combo. The living area has a queen-size sofa bed for additional guests. This unit comes equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Kahana Manor is a condominium complex that features shops, a pub, and restaurants on the first level. A wonderful vibrant neighborhood area that is central to many nearby beaches such as Napili Bay, Kapalua Bay, and many more. The Kahana Beach is across the street and has a soft, sandy entry to the ocean.

Checkin was easy but the key box is so old it’s hard to get it to work.Kitchen has pretty much everything, it’s clean and well appreciated
The accommodations and location were just what was we needed after a long absence from Maui.Check in was seamless. Access to Pohaki beach was an easy walk and renting snorkeling equipment from Boss Frogs was convenient!
Fantastic place to stay! The condo was spacious, with a well stocked kitchen (spices, dishes, utensils, etc.), nice linens/towels, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The balcony was perfect for meals. Easy to walk to dinner (Miso Phat!), coffee, gym, beach, etc. Grateful for the a/c units in the bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again!
The unit is an older building that is lacking maintenance. The hallways were dirty. The unit, while updated, did not feel clean. Stained carpets, lots of dust and stained towels. The AC units in the bedrooms did not cool the living area. At all. And they are very noisy making it difficult to sleep. The barn doors are cute but offer no privacy. They leave gaps in the opening and they do not lock.

We truly enjoyed our stay! This condo had a great view and lots of extra amenities. All you need for a home away from home stay on Maui.
We had our best trip to Maui this year. The condo had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The sunsets from the Lanai were incredible. Miso Phat has the best Sushi and it's in the building ! Dollies has great food and a super happy hour. The condo has AC in the bedrooms but we didn't need it. Great island breezes. The beach is a 3 minute walk across the Street. The Whales were everywhere. We will definitely stay here again.
Kahana Manor 503 is an incredible value stay in the beautiful Kaanapali area. About 5 minutes from black rock beach (best beach in northwest Maui in my opinion), 5 minutes from whalers village, and about 10 minutes from downtown Lahaina, you're right in the middle of all of the best places. Plus, Miso phat sushi is literally in the same building as your condo (incredible sushi, def recommend going, it was on diners drive ins and dives). Also, Dottie's bar was a great dive bar for sports and cheap drinks / late night pizza. We r really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this condo if you're considering the Kaanapali area
What a perfect location and well equipped condo! Additionally, it is hard to find an ADA accessible place to stay and this condo was perfect for us. We could walk to the beach, to get coffee, to shop, etc. We are already trying to figure out how to fit in another vacation here. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us!
We had an amazing time in Maui thanks to the great condo that was provided by myperfectstays. It was clean with a great price and the service team was very responsive for any questions I had. They also allowed me to check in earlier since we were planned to arrive at the destination early.
